As always we had a great time. Having stayed in this condo before, we knew that we were getting a clean property free of concerns. The condo is extremely close to the beach
A very nice place, as nice as the pictures. Great customer service with Allison. Updated nicely, sleeps many, has all the pots, pans, dishes and silverware for serving. Great location.
This was a perfect for us and our two kids, 5 and 2. A cute, quiet, clean two-bedroom apartment with nice kitchen and everything we needed. Best part was the location--a block from the beach and a couple blocks from sunsets and great places to eat. We'd happily stay here again!
Our 3 person family stayed in this property for the week of the 4th of July. We loved watching the fireworks from the deck of the building. The location is ideal - a quick walk to the beach and a lovely walk to the Washington mall.
Our family of 3 had a great stay here!! The condo was the perfect size for us. It was very clean and very comfortable. The location was also great - only a short walk to the beach. It’s a little bit of a longer walk into town, but we didn’t mind as we enjoyed our walks and looking at all the Victorian houses. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
Our family of 5 only stayed two nights so really didn't spend much time in the condo. We did enjoy having our coffee outside both mornings and were very happy with the convenient location of the condo.
Great property, clean and with great location. The beds, however, have to be tossed. Both bedrooms. Bouncy, flimsy and rickety. This is not a review to blow the place up. If you are considering this property and see that the owner has upgraded the beds go for it, the place will be great. Otherwise proceed with the knowledge you may be in for long uncomfortable nights.
Nice condo within walking distance to beach. Located on a quiet street near restaurants and the West End Garage.
Large enough for a small group or small family to stay. Things to consider, no towels or blankets, sheets, etc provided which can be hard to bring if not enough room in your car.
Property owner was a pleasure to work with when an issue occurred with check in.
We have stayed in this Condo complex many times before. This condo was like the others but had a lot more sunshine being on the second floor. The owner was great to deal with throughout the rental process. The only thing lacking was an iron or steamer for clothing (the other units had one).
Very nice location. Walking distance to beach, shops & restaurants. Condo was very clean and had ample kitchen. We didn't do any cooking but it appeared to have basic pots, utensils, etc.
Main bedroom was fine. Second bedroom very small. Trundle bed very uncomfortable. The closet was locked so very little storage space made for very cluttered vacation. Futon in living room extremely uncomfortable to sit on as a sofa. Condo best suited for 2 adults and possibly 2 very small children.
Overall, we had a nice stay in this rental. We spent many years at a place on Jackson street so it was a change for us to have to walk so far to get places, but it was fine for our family as we enjoyed getting our steps in, and our kids are old enough that it wasn’t an issue. The unit itself was fairly well equipped but could have used more pillows, pots/pans, and an iron. My daughter that slept on the trundle bed said it was really uncomfortable, so many an upgrade to the mattress is needed. Washer was very small, but really nice to have! We had a hard time figuring out the TVs in the bedrooms too—maybe consider leaving instructions for guests. Cape May weather was spectacular—we enjoyed the short walk to the beach each day and then to watch the sunset at night.
My wife and I went down for the weekend to see the Christmas parade. It was close to the parade route, centrally located, near the water, and about a 10 minute walk from just about everything. The space was clean and organized. Check in and out was very easy. Parking was accessible and convenient so we left our car and walked almost everywhere. And the host was always accessible
We fell in love with Cape May in much so that we got engaged there, had a mini-honeymoon on Jackson Street. It is definitely our happy place. Many fond memories have been made with our family here.
Why they chose this property
The location is fabulous -- close to the beach (half a block) and close to one of the top beach bars in the U.S. (according to the Daily Meal), The Rusty Nail. The downtown area is a short 10-15 minute walk along the promenade. Onsite parking is a commodity in this area during the summer.
