This self catering apartment is the middle floor of a detached villa set in its own garden with a stunning views over the Bay of Cannes. Both the sitting/dining room and master bedroom of this luxury apartment have wide windows overlooking the Bay. A large terrace provides the most romantic setting and views of the sun rise and sun sets over the Bay. The apartment is newly refurbished and furnished. It has its own private entrance and there is off the road parking available in the private car park by the entrance to the villa. Romantic hill-side walks and sandy beaches are within walking distance. The small village of Theoule with its small shops and restaurants is only a short walk away.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Kleine Details, die die Wohnung individuell machen. Der Blick in die Bucht von Cannes ist ein Traum. Ich war zunächst über die Lage zur Bahn irritiert, aber es störte dann doch nicht, da sie nicht so häufig fuhren. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.

Appartement très lumineux, propre et agréable. Vue magnifique sur la baie de Cannes, qui fait oublié les petits désagréments du passage des trains ! Très belle et grande terrasse sur toute la longueur de l'appartement. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire et la personne chargée de nous accueillir. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Super nice apartment with great views!

Good location only 5 mins walk to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was very well equiped and felt homely. The proximity of the train was a surprise at first but it does not run at night and the apartment more than makes up for this slight inconvenience. On the plus side, it's only 5 mins walk to the train station with connections to Cannes and Nice. Host was on time and happy to help. Apartment was clean and tidy. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great location with splendid view over bay of Cannes and short 5min walk down quiet road leading to port and Théoule beach. Appartment well maintained . Only negative aspects, proximity to railway and no access to French TV channels during our stay.

Ottimo appartamento in un piccolo paese tranquillo di fronte a Cannes. Bellissimo panorama con possibilità di mangiare vista mare sul terrazzo. Ci sono tre piccole spiagge non troppo affollate ed il mare è pulito. Peccato per passaggio dei treni nelle vicinanze.

Summer getaway in the South of France

This location is ideal for a small family looking for a relaxing vacation in the South of France. Théoule-sur-Mer is a beach town and is a short walk down the hill from the apartment. There is parking on site. The location is very popular on the weekends, so the parking is important. The apartment is clean and airy -- the beds are comfortable. There is a balcony with a wonderful view of the bay. Easily accessible from the Nice airport via car. The property manager was very helpful upon checkin with any questions we had upon our arrival and responsive during our visit.

Really breathtaking views

A lovely home from home. The apartment had everything we needed. Perfect location to reach the beach and lovely restaurants on foot. We hired a car and visited St Paul , Cannes and many other beautiful villages nearby although the views from the apartment were mesmerising enough for us to just sit on the balcony and enjoy. The weather was perfect and (swimming in the sea in late october was brilliant). Marco Polo (reached on foot in Theoule) and the Brocherie (near Cannes) were both very good restaurants. We would definitely go back and recommend the apartment to our friends.

Traumhafter Blick in schönem Haus, aber laut

Sehr schöner großer Balkon und schöner Blick auf die Bucht von Cannes in schönem und gut gelegenen Haus (10 min bis Ortskern, Meer, Restaurants, etc). Nachteile: kein guter Essplatz in der Wohnung (nur auf dem Balkon) und sehr laut wegen Bahnlinie, die 10-15m entfernt liegt und ab ca. 6:00 ein Ausschlafen am Morgen unmöglich macht (bis ca. 23:00 fahren Züge, Unterhaltung dabei fast unmöglich). Leider auch kein WLAN-Zugang (muss man kaufen) und nur franz. Fernsehprogramme.
