The Space:
**Indoor Pool/Fitness Room will be CLOSED from April 13 through April 23**
Unit 2508 is located on the 25th floor with 1958 of square footage. The Master Suite features a King bed, flat screen TV and private bath with Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in tile shower and dual vanity. The second bedroom has a King bed with private bath, and the third bedroom offers two queen-sized beds and a private bath. Making use of the sleeper sofa in the living area, this spacious 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom gulf-front unit can accommodate 10 comfortably.
Both guest bedrooms have a flat screen TV. The living area features floor-to-ceiling windows, a large flat screen TV and a sleeper-sofa. Other features include, wireless internet, a well-equipped kitchen, dining table that seats 8, wet bar (without separate ice maker), and a full-size washer and dryer.
Phoenix West offers spectacular gulf-front views and fabulous amenities.
Feel free to relax in the shimmering waters of the lazy river while the little ones enjoy the twisty water slide. This complex also offers a zero-entry pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, large indoor heated pool with hot tubs, grilling area and board walk with outdoor shower. Sweat out stress in the fully loaded exercise room, complete with a sauna.
Parking passes must be purchased in the lobby of all Phoenix condos. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Bella Beach Properties when purchasing.
At this time, the cost of parking passes is $60 each. The cost of parking passes is set by the HOA and subject to change without notice.

We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix West. We loved the gorgeous balcony views and the pools onsite. Access to the beach was awesome! It was a great stay!
We loved our stay. Very kid friendly and the pools were definitely a hit for the littles. The lazy river was also a big favorite. Short walk to the beach which was great for going in and out with 2 two year olds, a four year old, and a 5 year old.

My 5 year old grandson had an excellent time and so did we! The unit was spacious, quiet, and clean with everything we needed. We kept him busy every day between the beach, lazy River, indoor pool and outdoor pool. I think that we only left the property to eat dinner each night. Will definitely return. Chair and umbrella rental from Ike’s is recommended as it saved us a lot of work each day from lugging all that gear from the 25th floor.
Our stay was very nice. Clean and comfortable place. The refrigerator wasn’t getting cold enough and they had someone come out right away to fix the problem. I would definitely stay there again!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay in your condo! The only complaint was that the sleeper couch was not comfortable at all! Other than that everything was perfect! We had plenty of space that we were all able to stay out of each others way! Loved the Lazy River and kids enjoyed the water slide and pools!

Our unit had a great view and was perfect for our 6 family members. It was well equipped with kitchen supplies. The only negative was the living room furniture was not very comfortable and the fridge was in need of repair as the water and ice maker did not work. The beds could use new mattresses.
We had a great stay with our family. Very spacious condo. Bedrooms had plenty of blankets, pillows, etc. kitchen was stocked with all the items we needed. Ice maker was a great addition to the bar area. Views of the gulf are amazing! Only issue we ran into was floors being pretty dirty(turned our feet black). Balcony could use some updated seating, but it does have outdoor table for eating and enjoying the view.

Great location and lots of space. This was our annual “Women and Children” beach weekend with 3 families. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out together or spend a little time alone. The amenities on the property were great. The kids enjoyed the lazy river and the pickle ball court, and the beach of course. The view was amazing!
The only small issue that we had was that there wasn’t any bed coverings. There were sheets and a duvet cover, but no duvet or comforter or quilt or blanket. I called the management company and they delivered fresh, cozy blankets for every bed while we were out playing on the beach. It was only a minor issue and it was quickly resolved.
Overall unit was good. A little disappointed with patio furniture quality, table size, and cushions were very worn. Ice maker in wet bar area did not work, icemaker in main fridge was working with limitted ice daily. Very disappointing window coverings in sleeping areas. Front two window facing public hallways has sheer fabric coverings. Master off dining area had bamboo shades you could see through. Limitted privacy and no real blocking of sunlight. No shades or amy type of window covering in living area where pull out sofa is located. Pull out sofa very worn and staples pulling loose on back of couch. Ample stocked kitchen. Adequate towels and linens.
Photos on listing are amazing and accurate as far as the view, decor, etc. The kitchen wasn't completely clean...food/spills on the cabinets.
Master bedroom mattress was clearly old and in need of replacement. There were no comforters in one of the guest bedrooms...just a decorative sheet covering the bed. The sofa was very dirty and coming apart with multiple exposed staples on the back seams.
Kitchen was well equipped, the view was amazing and the complex was very nice. No crazy waits for elevators....just tricking with parking at night after dinner.
We enjoyed our stay very much! Check in was very easy. Condo was clean. Location is great. We had an issue that was entirely our fault & all it took was 1 phone call & Jeff was there quickly to fix the issue. The only thing in the condo that was a little issue was the sofa bed. I don't know if the springs are broke but the top of the bed wouldn't stay up so that my son's head wouldn't drop down, so we had to prop it up with the cushions. It isn't anything that will keep us from staying in this condo again. We will definitely stay at this condo again & if we need something smaller, I will be calling Jeff to rent another condo somewhere else. Customer service is a big deal to me. Jeff calling before we got there to check on us & to let me know where our packet would be & then coming out on Sunday to help us means a lot. Thanks so much for your hospitality!!!

We had a great time in this condo. The property had a amazing balcony right on the beach. We had plenty of room for the 8 of us. Everything in the condo was well kept, except the tile floor. The tile floor could use replaced or a deep cleaning. The floor left our feet and socks black after walking on it. Overall we had a great time.

So many positives
Love the location of this property. Beautiful views, nice amenities. Stylishly appointed.
The property could use some sprucing up. Bed linens worn and drab. Kitchen ill equipped. Patio not cleaned-food spills on table, spills on floor tile and broken chair. No loungers on patio so no opportunity for outdoor relaxation.
Nonetheless, it is pleasant and with a few updates an easy five star property!
Reservations and Check In went smooth. The property wasn’t clean. Dishes in cabinets including pots and pans were dirty. Ice maker in refrigerator and the ice maker in bar were both broken. Light bulbs out all over the condo and remotes with dead batteries. The entry door for the condo didn’t properly close, took about 2-3 minutes to get it to shut all the way. Broken furniture on balcony. There was a spill in the hall way by the elevator that wasn’t cleaned the entire time we were here. For the price paid to spend the week I would have expected much better.

The guest immediately before you rated us with perfect 5-stars and praised the cleanliness of the space. We are certainly disappointed that your experience was not comparable. This is the first that we have heard of these issues. We wish that we would have an opportunity to address any concerns while you were here as all of these issues could have been resolved in about 5 minutes had we known. Unfortunately, we only manage the unit itself and have no control over the hall ways or common area by the elevator but we will let the HOA know about the spill by the elevator. Again, we apologize for any issues and are sorry that we didn’t have a chance to rectify. We hope future guests check out our review history, which is a testament to our quality cleaning practices, and if there is ever an issue with anything, let us know and we can get it resolved in a timely manner.
