The great room is perfect for socializing while dinner is getting prepared, or relaxing into the evening in front of the gas fireplace and large wall-mounted flat screen.
Sunrise Abode's primary suite is located on the main floor and is featured with a king-size bed, beautiful new linens, another wall-mounted television, and a private deck. The ensuite bath features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. A second King guestroom and full bathroom round out this floor.
Downstairs, a second family room with a comfortable sectional and large television is the perfect place for the younger travelers to play, or for a second family to set up a home base. 3. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY –
Reservations are considered booked when Guest's prepayment has been received. Reservation Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is considered non-refundable (less any taxes paid).

HOST FEE DETAILS:
Damage Waiver Fee – is collected in lieu of a Security Deposit. Protects you against a maximum of $3000 of unintentional damages at the rental unit, provided that damage is disclosed to Tahoe Getaways prior to check-out.
