Great condo in a great location!

We had a great stay at Lucky Fins! The condo was great and all of the amenities were perfect for our family! It's a short walk to the private beach, and the complimentary chairs and umbrella were wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!

Ryan and Claire and Oversee have been flat phenomenal to work with on rentals. Very nice staff, great properties and We are as thrilled as can be. Very much recommended! We are stating at lucky fins then switching to a house in nature walk for a month or two. Everything is awesome, even during Covid crazy times. Thanks!!

Girls TripTrips

My daughters and I brought my grandma to the beach. She hadn’t seen the ocean or put her feet in the sand for 35 years. The condo (Lucky Fins) at Redfish Village was so nice and clean. All of us enjoyed the pool, taco restaurant, nail salon, and yoga studio. Due to Covid we had to change our reservations a few times and Kristen and Claire were such a big help. Thank you all for a great memories! We will be back.

Inside the unit it needs some updates as it is the firmest master bed we have ever slept on(to the point of uncomfortable). The couch and chairs in the living room need an update as they are not comfortable and seem to be almost worn out. The Wifi was never reliable and we constantly had to reset the router. A few updates from the owner and this is an A+ unit.

Lovely area filthy unit

It was obvious that our room had not been cleaned. Hair on the sheets, food and sand on the floor, etc. I spent the first night washing sheets and trying not to be grossed out. The kids bedroom closet smelled so badly like mold that we couldn’t use it. The room smelled musty as well. The unit needs updating overall - cracking mirrors, damaged walls, etc. I would never stay in this unit again, but I would stay at Redfish Village. Our friends units were much nicer.

Our unit, Lucky Fins was conveniently located on the second floor. We were near the pool, Owner’s Lounge, and Fitness Room. The unit itself was nice. Sleeper sofa and bunk mattresses could use an upgrade, but not a deal breaker. Our only complaint would be dealing with the beach chair guys (30A Shade).They were very unorganized. We had to deal with them over our chairs every single day. Claire from Oversee was very helpful, and did what she could. There is no incentive to do a better job because they are the only chairs available on the Redfish Village beach. Might be time for a new vendor.

We would definitely stay here again!My only feedback is that I wish there was a deadbolt or added security to the front door. It's a coded lock so anyone with the code could enter at any time. I never felt unsafe in the area but would have appreciated some added security at night.

February remote work

My girlfriend and I decided to work remote. Everything was very nice, Internet was faster than at home. Pool and hot tub were heated so it was warm enough to swim.
