The Kitchen includes top-of-the line appliances with a new Wolf Range, beautiful granite counter tops + bar counter, and Large Dinning Table. Kitchen is equipped with the all culinary tools necessary. Every Bedroom has sliding doors that lead outside to patios and/or decks allowing for easy indoor and outdoor access. The property has a huge 40ft Lagoon Style Solar heated pool with jacuzzi surrounded by lounges and tropical landscaping. Enjoy Ocean and Sunset Views. Our Family has been in Real Estate for over 20 years. We built our first home on Kauai in 2000, and then we acquired this property and has been a huge part of our family history by being able to accommodate family and friends over the years.

Why they chose this property

We finished building this home early 2007. We chose this land to build because we were looking to build a home that can accommodate large families (such as ours), multiple families, or groups looking for all of the amenities as a resort but with the privacy of a home.

There is plenty of room to have quiet time in many spaces indoors or outdoors, but also the ability to come together for hanging together, swimming/sitting in the jacuzzi, or finding an area on the lanai to get into a good book.

What makes this property unique

Watching the sunsets while having dinner from the upper lanai is one of our families/guests favorite things to do.

The pool area is daily routine for everyone to enjoy the wonderful weather on the South Shore.

We were previously were with a management company and have decided to manage ourselves to have competitive pricing and to make sure our guests are given the best experience that is possible.
