About this property

Just minutes away from Rend Lake boat ramps. (Jefferson County)

We have a great place for fishermen and hunters to stay (of course families are welcome). This guest house was built in 2017 that will easily accommodate up to four or 4 people. It has a full-size bed with a twin bunk above, a twin bed, and a twin roll-a-way bed We also have an air mattress but I am not so sure how comfortable that would be. We have wifi. We have a fish cleaning station and plenty of room for your boat with the ability to charge batteries. There is an outdoor gas grill and Blackstone available. A refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot are available as well. We have a shared bonus room available for your use that includes a stove, another large TV, and a half bath. The bed linens are provided along with bath towels and dish towels. There is a fire pit (you will need to provide the wood) and plenty of chairs for your outdoor enjoyment. Our location is near several restaurants and gas stations. Please feel free to ask any questions.

Hosts were very very nice. Honestly though, if we had known this was part of someone's garage 20 reet from their back door we would have booked somewhere else. Thought we was renting a cabin type unit. Stove/oven was in the garage which was strange. The "additional large room with another TV" turned out to be the actual garage. Got a little noisy with people in the garage going in and out. Lesson learned I guess to ask more questions before committing. Good price though and the people were very nice and accommodating. Just wish we had a bit more privacy.
