This new luxury residence is located in Calvi, as close as possible to the beach, in the wooded and protected environment of the Pinède, an ideal location allowing you to forget about the car (private parking)!
We are 1km from the port and the Citadel of Calvi by the seafront promenade.
The CASINO supermarket with bakery, newsagent and shops is a 2-minute walk away, the beach is a 5-minute walk away without crossing a public road.
The 50 m2 apartment extends on each side by two large terraces of 30 and 20 m2, shaded. Here, we live outside!
High-end services with reversible air conditioning, Wifi,
good soundproofing, quality furniture and equipment.
Possibility of renting linen (sheets, towels, etc.) at a very reasonable price, the beds will be made on your arrival.
Possibility of loaning a baby bed, high chair (to be confirmed with the owner).
