This is our summer house. My wife and I come from Switzerland twice a year for a week and we rent it out for the rest of the time. My sister lives nearby and will give you the keys and answer questions/needs.

The house is at the edge of the village and consequently enjoys more calm and better view of the sea and the countryside.
What makes this property unique
You can live in the house (almost) without having a car; but there is much to visit in the Chalkidiki peninsula, not least of which the monasteries in Mt Athos.
