Our home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and is located in the Beaver Creek area of Lake Wateree. This waterfront house is ideal for a family gathering or spending quiet time "away from it all." The house is built "beach style" with concrete underneath for a game of ping pong or just sitting and relaxing.

Our family grew up going to Lake Wateree since the 1950's. Our Mother , Primrose, built this house for her family and friends to enjoy all Lake Wateree has to offer. Designed as a get away place for relaxing and spending time boating, fishing or laying in the hammock reading a book.
