A nice house with sea view!

The house is pleasant and clean with a very nice garden where our two kids played a lot! With kids it is better to go to the beach and restaurants by car (short ride 3 to 5 minutes!). We were in August and the weather was really nice, thankfully not too hot since the house does not have air conditionning. But the fans and open windows it was really fine for us. We definitely recommend this house!

Bon emplacement et propriétaires tres agreable et tres serviable

Maison tres bien pour 2 couples et non pour 6 personnes .Manque de bol pour le petit. Déjeuner. Le salon manque de places pour 4 personnes .Manque 2 chaises dans le coin repas.Climatisation ne fonctionne pas.3 chambres dont 1 au sous sol tres humide et sans fenêtres extérieure. Literie a changer .Salle de bain du sous-sol, danger car prise electrique derrière le rideau de doucheSeulement 2 fauteuils relax de jardin.Bain a remous inexistant. Tarif beaucoup trop élevé par rapport aux prestations.

Ideal für Familien mit zwei Kindern, Auto erforderlich Pro: -freundlicher Gastgeber, unkomplizierter Ablauf -sauber -super Ausstattung (Waschmaschine,Spülmaschine, Geschirr, Grill, Sandspielzeug für Kinder!) -nur wenige Gehminuten zu kleinen versteckten Buchten mit Stein/Kiesstrand -sehr ruhige Lage -toller Garten/Terasse -Außendusche Kontra: - das dritte Zimmer befindet sich im Keller, es gibt keine Möglichkeit zu lüften, feuchter „Kellergeruch“ - kein wlan, keine konstante Verbindung zum Mobilfunknetz

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt / Un soggiorno meraviglioso

Wir hatten mit 5 Erwachsenen in 3 Zimmern und 2 voll ausgestatteten Badezimmern alle genügend individuellen Raum und einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt über 11 Tage im Haus von Fulvio. In der offenen Küche mit angrenzender Theke gemeinsam zu kochen um dann auf der schönen Terrasse gemeinsam zu Essen und den Abend zu verbringen, bereitete uns viel Freude. Sehr schön ist auch, dass es vor und hinter dem Haus jeweils eine Terrasse gibt - perfekt um den kleinen Kaffee zum Frühstück im Schatten vor dem Haus zu geniessen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt für bis zu 6 Personen benötigt - sogar eine Waschmaschine und etwas Werkzeug im Keller für den Fall der Fälle. Perfekt: direkt beim Haus sind 2 Pkw Stellplätze und zum Strand an einer kleinen Kieselsteinbucht sind's nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Im Umkreis von 5 Minuten Autofahrt findet man alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Alles im Haus ist blitzsauber und sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Wir sind von Fulvio superfreundlich empfangen und vollständig eingewiesen und obendrein noch mit Tipps zu lokalen Aktivitäten versorgt worden. Unbezahlbar: der Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang über'm Meer vom Bett (!) oder dem Schlafzimmerbalkon aus! Quintessenz: sehr empfehlenswert - das Haus und Fulvio ;)

Ottima esperienza

La nostra permanenza e' stata molto piacevole. La casa confortevole e molto attrezzata, i padroni di casa sempre disponibili e attenti a tutte le nostre necessita'. Unico neo la connessione telefonica carente, il telefono prendeva molto male. Per il resto PERFETTO. Grazie Fulvio.

Location perfetta

La Ns ricerca della casa a Stintino è iniziata tenendo conto delle esigenze di 4 adulti e un bambino, ovvero spazio e privacy. L'annuncio della casa è risultato subito idoneo a ciò che stavamo cercando. Fulvio si è dimostrato fin da subito un padrone di casa disponibile e accurato nel cercare di rispondere a tutte le mie numerose domande in merito alla disposizione delle stanze e comfort presenti. La casa è in una posizione ideale sia per vicinanza ai servizi, sia per quanto riguarda le spiaggette sottostanti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi anche con bambini. Internamente la casa si presenta grande e luminosa , con una veranda ben attrezzata e un giardino ideale per rilassarsi la sera. Le stanze sono spaziose e pulite. La suddivisione è il top per garantire ad ogni ospite il proprio spazio. Per ogni informazione a riguardo di spiagge, ristoranti e gite; Fulvio si è dimostrato preparatissimo e con ottime soluzioni anche last minute. Consigliato vivamente.
