Exclusive house built in 1898, located in the Historic District, with unparalleled views of the Río de la Plata. The house has been completely renovated and has been declared a National Historic Landmark.
The house has been completely renovated but it still keeps its original colonial spirit, in fact you access through the original stairway as shown on one of the pictures, still conserved in perfect conditions.
The house has 3767 ft2, there are 3 bedrooms, all of them with a view to the Rio de la Plata.
All air-conditioned environments. Maximum 6 people.
Splendid and spacious terrace with a barbecue and an unspoiled view to the river. Ideal for enjoying beautiful afternoons and sunsets!

The house is strategically located in the center of the historic quarter and 1 block away from the main street in Colonia del Sacramento. Having access to the shops without loosing the peaceful and silence that is a characteristic of this unique city.
