About this property

Bright and welcoming one bedroom guest suite. Our one bedroom, one bath guest suite is attached to the west side of our home. Just a few miles from Sloan Park, home of the Cubs spring training. As well as Hohokam Park, home of the A's spring training. Plenty of parking right outside your private entrance.

The kitchen is fully stocked for those that prefer to eat in. Certain times of the year you will find fresh squeezed orange juice from the nine Valencia orange trees on our property.

There are no shared living spaces but the guest suite is part to our home. The guest suite is equipped with it's own small laundry room and it's own private bathroom.

Please do not inquire about leasing our guest suite for long term. We regularly use our guest suite for family so the longest we will rent is no more than 2 weeks. Thank you kindly.

We do have dogs in our unit so if you would like to use the pool just let us know so that we may make sure they are not outside. We just don't want them to try to get out the gate. Always be sure to close the gate after using the pool.

Our guest suite accommodates 3 people comfortably. If we find that there are more than 3 people staying in our guest suite your reservation will be canceled and you will be asked to leave. Sneaking extra guests in is against our rules and voids your contract with us.

No smoking or vaping in the unit. Quiet times 10pm - 7am. Check-in is at 3pm. If you are arriving early I will try to accommodate you. Please understand that I regularly have back to back reservations and early access is not always possible. Check-out is at 12pm. If communicated early I will do my best to accommodate you if you need a late check-out. As stated before, I regularly have back to back reservations so this needs to be communicated early and may not be an option.

Our guest house is not set up with wheel chair access. There are two steps down into the apartment.

The unit is attached to our home. There are living spaces directly above the unit. Some sound transference does happen but is minimal.

Quiet hours are 10pm-6am. We ask that if you have guests while staying with us that you are respectful of these hours.

Neighborhood

The property was in a beautiful neighborhood. I enjoyed my morning walks. The property was clean spacious and the fresh Orange juice was delicious. I highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was clean, well described in the ad, easy to communicate with the owner and very comfortable as described as well as in a very pretty and safe neighborhood. The fresh squeezed OJ was delicious too 😊 We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent accommodations

The apartment was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities that you need and more. We felt more than welcome especially being provided with a full container of fresh squeezed orange juice from the orange trees on their property. So delicious! The host was very organized and thorough which we appreciated. We would highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you to the hosts.

Excellent 1 be apartment in NE Mesa with lots of privacy

A charming apartment attached to a family home in a residential neighborhood. Car is required but convenient to all freeways in area. Hostess was a good communicator and very helpful. A note that pool and orange trees are behind a fence for family privacy. And they have chickens! Would look for this listing if back in area.

I'm married to my lobster with 2 adorable kids. I am an avid Gardener and if you stay at our place there is a good chance you will have some fresh organic goodies straight out of my garden. I love sewing, refurbishing furniture, cooking, being outdoors and gaming as well.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I have always dreamed of owning a big enough lot to be able to have an extensive garden for fresh veggies. As well as hopefully one day having chickens too. When we first saw our home we knew immediately it was the one. The bonus was that the sellers had created an amazing guest suite.

What makes this property unique

Spring Training around here is kind of a big deal. We love that we can host fellow baseball fans during spring training. Being just a few miles from two great stadiums is a bonus for our guests. Within 15-30 minutes you can be at more than a handful of of other great stadiums.
