Perfect spot for a solo traveler

I had a week to spend in the area, and this was the perfect pied a terre for me to explore around the region. I was able to go on little adventures (by car) around the lake in the morning hiking and exploring the other towns and sights, and the wifi was sufficient to work remotely in the US in the afternoon/evening (just a few zoom call freezes). The apartment is very well equipped, water pressure was great, and the view from the TWO balconies just lovely. Carla is very approachable and readily available to a sweet questions. As a solo woman traveler, the neighborhood/building/apartment felt very secure. I think it would be fine for two people.

Appartement très propre

Appartement très bien situé dans le centre d'Aix les Bains, bien équipé, accueil très sympathique, possibilité de parking privé ce qui est très pratique, nous reviendrons.

Dans le cadre de notre première cure thermale, nous avons été enchanté par ce studio hyper bien agencé, et très bien situé dans le centre ville d'Aix les bains ! De surcroit compte tenu du temps que nous avons eu nous avons pu profiter des deux balcons ... Nous y retournerons certainement dans les mêmes conditions et ne manquerons pas de recommander cette location à nos proches Bien cordialement à Madame ABBOUD Christine et Daniel DO AMARAL

Bonsoir Madame ABBOUD Dans le cadre de notre première cure thermale Mon mari et moi même avons été très satisfaits de cette location ! Tant au niveau de son emplacement, que de sa disposition, propreté et ensoleillement, car il faut bien le dire nous avons eu beaucoup de chance et avons pu profiter pleinement des deux expositions ... Nous espérons revenir dans les mêmes conditions l'an prochain et bien entendu ne manquerions pas de recommander cette adresse à nos proches le cas échéant ... Appartement à recommander

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce joli appartement. Il est très bien décoré et tous les équipements sont de bonne qualité. De plus il est très bien situé dans la ville et a une vue magnifique. Carla et son conjoint sont des hôtes très chaleureux, à l écoute et donnent de bons conseils pour les visites. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

le studio est tout très confortable est très propre a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un super séjour, mais les meilleurs sont des hôtes sympathiques, gentil avec grands détails qui rendent le séjour exceptionnel. un gran abrazo

Excellent séjour dans une très belle location

l'emplacement est idéal , en centre-ville. L'immeuble est très beau , la location arrangée avec beaucoup de goût, très propre et très complète. La propriétaire et son conjoint sont très attentionnés.

Studio très bien situé, propriétaires très sympa.

Les propriétaires ont été très chaleureux, accueil à l'arrivée fort appréciable, studio très propre et petite fleur sur la table. Le studio est très bien situé, une très belle vue. Dommage que le lit est très dur pour moi.

Concernant la literie celle ci est neuve et a été choisie dans le haut de gamme où une certaine dureté est privilégiée par rapport à une literie molle.Aucun de nos Clients ne s'est plaint à ce jour . Désolée que votre séjour n'ait pas été à 100 %.Nous avons été quant à nous très heureux de vous accueillir.

Excellent appartement et tres bon service.

Elégant studio aux beaux volumes, propre, lumineux aux prestations modernes et idéalement situé dans l'hyper centre. Carla est une excellente hôtesse. Séjour Parfait

Excellent Séjour, appartement extrêmement confortable et bien équipé à la limite du luxe, tout est neuf( mobilier, électroménager...) de bon goût et de qualité. Appartement bien éclairé, très belle vue...situation en plein centre ville....propriétaire extrêmement disponible et généreuse( papiers toilettes, Kleenex, savon, produits d'entretien....fournis)! Une adresse incontournable au coeur d'Aix les Bains.

I LOVED the stay!! The room was so cozy, complete and comfortable! Better than a hotel! And Carla is a really adorable woman to work with! If I come back to Aix-Les-Bains i'll deffinetly come back here :)!!!
