Very charming air-conditioned villa, benefiting from exceptional sunshine, completely renovated in a garden overlooking the pond.
- On the ground floor: fully fitted kitchen open to a large living room; one bedroom with two twin beds, a large bathroom with washing machine. Separate WC.
A second bedroom with sofa bed.
- On the first floor: a 120 cm bed on the mezzanine, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and separate WC.
Oriented east-west. Very close to the sea.
6 -7 beds, two bathrooms and two separate toilets. Very clear with beautiful volumes. Very nice view of the pond from each of the windows. Each evening, you can admire the sunset over the Abbey of Maguelone.

The house is wonderful. The owner really helpful and amiable. She had very good suggestions for getting around. We traveled with three generations and had enough room for all of us. Recommended!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Wir haben Bettwäsche und Handtücher geliehen von der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin. Kurz Wege zum Strand und zum Bäcker im Ort. Ein endlos langer Sand Strand ist nur 10 Auto Minuten entfernt. Wir waren schon dass zweite Mal hier weil es so schön ist.

Wonderful stay with a view

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist perfekt, wir konnten den Strand und die Promenade schnell erreichen. Auch Montpellier und die Camargue sind nicht weit. Der Blick aufs Wasser ist sehr schön von der Terrasse aus. Im Haus gibt es genügend Platz. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend.

Maison parfaite pour les vacances dans la région

La maison est neuve, très bien montée, et comfortable. Elle est bien située avec une belle vue sur l’étang et à quelques minutes de la plage. On peut marcher, faire du vélo, nous promener à pieds dans les environs. On a visité en voiture les beaux endroits pas loin de Palavas aux alentours de la Camargue et Montpellier. Merci à la propriétaire pour le bon acceuil.

Tolles Ferienhaus für Familien

Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und die Zimmer nicht zu klein. Die Wohnräume sind modern und stilvoll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Klima haben wir selten benötigt, da die Wohnung recht kühl bleibt über den Tag. Die Terasse ist sehr schön und komplett eingefriedet. Es gibt eine elektrische Markise, einen Holzkohlegrill und bequeme Gartenmöbel. Drei große Pinien werfen Schatten auf die Terasse, wodurch es sich dort super entspannt sitzt. Beim Checkin war die Wohnung sehr sauber und mit Seife, Toilettenpapier und Gästehandtüchern bestückt. Die Wohnung liegt ideal um sich zu fuß oder per Rad in ganz Palavas zu bewegen. Parkplätze gibt es umliegend in ausreichender Anzahl. Parken kostet 35€/Woche und kann vor Ort per Ticket gelöst werden. Der Checkin mit der Eigentümerin verlief pünktlich und unkompliziert. Claire hatte sogar zwei Fahrräder für uns und hat uns alle Einzelheiten auf englisch erklären können. Checkout war ebenfalls pünktlich und auf unseren Wunsch früh morgens um sechs Uhr möglich. Wir hinterliesen besenrein und die Endreinigung ist inklusive.

Zu empfehlen

Die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft lies etwas zu wünschen übrig, ansonsten ist es ein großes Haus mit guter Ausstattung in wirklich guter Lage. Die Straße hinter dem Haus ist lautstärkemässig gut zu verkraften (mehr ein leises Hintergrundrauschen), Nachts ist es ruhig. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten, der Ortskern ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Ort selber bietet viel, ebenso die Umgebung. Die Vermieterin hat bereits vorab bei Fragen schnell reagiert und war auch vor Ort jederzeit hilfsbereit, sogar bei der Suche nach einer Autowerkstatt. ;-) Wir würden wiederkommen!

Einfach wunderbar

Wir sind richtig begeistert von dem wunderschönen Häuschen, die Küche ist exzellent ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, großem Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle, sogar Rührgerät und Kuchenform sind vorhanden, alles ist sauber. Claire, die sympathische Vermieterin wohnt direkt gegenüber, die Lage ist ruhig und doch ist das Ortszentrum und der Strand fußläufig zu erreichen. Gerne wieder:)

Tres bon sejour

Nous etions 6 adultes et un enfant de 2 ans et demi. Maison tres confortable et bien située ou nous pouvions tout faire à pied. Nos craintes sur la proximité de la route se sont vite estompées et nous avons pu profiter agreablement de la terrasse avec vue sur l'etang. Bonne communication avec la proprietaire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus liegt sehr günstig (Strand,Ort, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) und bietet alles, was man sich wünscht.Claire ist eine ausgesprochen freundliche Vermieterin, die sich auch um Kleinigkeiten kümmert. Wichtig zu wissen: In Palavas kann man nur noch an der Arena kostenlos parken.Für unsere 4Wochen kostete das Parkticket 100 €.

Gerne wieder. Sehr schön

Wir waren zu fünft (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) für zwei Wochen im August in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist wunderschön, gemütlich und geräumig – zudem liegt es in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer und verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse. Es fehlte uns an nichts, da das Haus bestens ausgestattet war. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausbesitzerin verlief äußerst angenehm. Sie wohnt im Haus gegenüber, was sich als sehr hilfreich erwies. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und bietet eine erstklassige Aussicht auf den Teich. Der Strand ist in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort gibt es außerdem eine Bäckerei und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Wir waren kaum auf unser Auto angewiesen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut vorhanden – mehrere große Supermärkte liegen innerhalb von 2-3 km Entfernung. Wir würden uns freuen, wieder hierher zurückzukehren. Vielen Dank, Claire, für alles.

Super Ferienhaus

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus. Es liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Quartier und parkieren war sehr unkompliziert. Wir hatten immer Glück und einen Platz direkt neben dem Haus. Palavas ist ein toller Ort und bietet für alle etwas. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.
