Italian villa with sea view

This Italian Villa is beautifully situated between the hills. There are two terraces around the house, both terraces have a sea view. Next to the kitchen is a terrace where you can eat outside. The terrace off the living room is under an ancient olive tree and is equipped with a lounge sofa and chairs where you can enjoy the view.
Furthermore, the house is fully equipped. The kitchen diner has an oven and a six-burner gas stove. A spacious fridge with freezer. The living room with sea view is equipped with a sofa, chairs, TV, DVD, music and fireplace. The sleeping area is divided into two parts. A room with a double bed and private bathroom. In the other part a double bed with a room with two single beds. There is also a separate bathroom for these two bedrooms.
Sheets, towels, etc. are available.

Het mooiste huis in een schitterende omgeving.

De omgeving is onbeschrijfelijk mooi, het uitzicht vanuit het huis op de heuvels en de zee geweldig. Het huis is schoon, mooi en rustig ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken. De tuin is prachtig. Echt een geweldige vakantie.

Riant relaxen in Calabrië

Voor mensen die van rust en authentieke Italiaanse sfeer houden een toplocatie. Charmant huis, schitterende tuin, mooi uitzicht. Wij verbleven er een week en hadden een fantastische tijd (eind juni). Bijna lege.stranden, kalme en heldere zee. Een aanrader! R en A, Amersfoort

Een prachtige villa met een fenomenaal uitzicht!

Dit moet haast wel het mooiste huis van Calabrië zijn. Het is authentiek en zeer sfeervol maar tevens comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het kan niet beter. Het huis was heerlijk schoon en door de dikke muren bleef het ook zonder continu gebruik van de airco binnen lekker koel. De grote tuin en het uitzicht zijn al even prachtig. Er zijn twee ruime terassen, één in de zachte schaduw van een imposante oude Olijfboom. Het andere terras heeft een grote eettafel met daarboven een pergola begroeid met kleurrijke Bougainville. Vanuit de tuin kijk je uit op bizar gevormde krijtformaties waarachter je de azuurblauwe zee ziet liggen. Een fenomenaal uitzicht. En ik overdrijf niet eens. Calabrie zelf vonden we ook heel bijzonder, zo rustig en authentiek. Het heeft een heel eigen sfeer, anders dan de rest van Italië. Met de auto ben je zó bij de prachtige zee. De stranden zijn mooi, sommige modain, andere vrijwel verlaten, het is maar waar je zin in hebt. De bergdorpjes zijn ook een bezoek waard. En het eten bij de lokale restaurantjes is fantastisch en goedkoop. Wij willen zeker nog eens terugkeren, en dan hopelijk weer in dit prachtige huis. . Een absolute aanrader!

Heerlijke authentieke huis on Calabria

Wij waren blij verrast met de schitterende omgeving waarin deze prachtige, vrijstaande woning zich bevindt. Idyllisch gesitueerd op een heuvel, uitzicht over de heuvels met zicht op een azuur blauwe zee, olijfbomen als nooit eerder gezien en prachtig authentieke landerijen. De omgeving is ongerept en biedt zoveel meer dan alleen een zonvakantie; wandelen, cultuur snuiven ligt allemaal in bereik. De woning is voorzien van alle gemakken, heeft een schitterende tuin met een prachtig schaduw plek waar je heerlijk kunt genieten van een goed glas Italiaans wijn- een absolute aanrader!

Super contento!

Het was weer fijn in dit huis te vertoeven. Het was mijn 5de keer en elke keer verbaas ik mij hoe fijn het hier is. Ook al was het vroeg in het jaar het zomergevoel is er niet minder door. Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken en het terras biedt 180 graden zeezicht. De dorpjes beneden zijn gezellig en ja een 1 ster restaurant is de kers op de taart!
