Welcome to "Charmed!" This spacious 1900 sq. ft. cabin offers seclusion, privacy, and an excellent location. Minutes (not miles) from all of the local activities of Hochatown, Beavers Bend, and Broken Bow lake.

“Charmed” features a vast living area with cathedral ceilings, and unique rock fireplace. The cabin has all the modern features you need with smart TVs and Wi-Fi, but the beautiful craftmanship of a traditional cabin. Situated on 1 acre, the property provides an abundance of activities inside and out. Situated on 1 acre, the circular drive is ideal for boats/trailers.

Kitchen: fully furnished with all the convenience of home. Granite counter tops and new appliances to cook anything from appetizers to your favorite family recipe. Whether you’re playing pool or board games, the open floor plan allows for everyone to enjoy time together.

Downstairs Bedrooms: two spacious bedrooms with fresh linens and plenty of closet/storage. Each has its own smart TV. One BR has a sliding door that opens directly to hot tub area and back deck.

Upstairs Bedroom: the bedroom has 2 sets of trundle beds, smart TV, and full bathroom. There is an exterior sitting deck to enjoy morning coffee or evening star gazing. For the kids (or kid in all of us), there is an arcade machine with 60 classic games.

Loft Area: provides a TV, Xbox and comfortable small couch. This area also has pull out trundle from under entertainment center.

Outside: 2 large decks. The back has the hot tub, grill, TV, dining table, and chimenea. The front has 2 hammock chairs to swing and enjoy the solace of the surroundings. The fire pit is perfect for s’mores and reminisce. Swing and relax on front deck in hammock chairs and enjoy the natural surroundings. The colorful Playset and swing provide a place for the kids to play.

This is a comfortable and cozy cabin for a family retreat. Room for all seven of us plus my miniature schnauzer. It is private and has no passing traffic. There are plenty of things for the kids to do even if the weather turns bad. We look forward to a return visit.

Great cabin for the night!

Went to spend the night with my brother and just get away for a minute. Cabin was amazing and clean, check in was easy and painless, didn't have to contact the property manager at all and the check out instructions were very clear and reasonable. Absolutely recommend!

Perfect stay

A beautifully maintained property. There was a bedroom upstairs with twin beds that’s perfect for a family with children.But, my husband and I like to sleep apart so we slept up there and loved it. Great kitchen and huge sectional for seating. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Getaway

This cabin was exactly what me and my family needed for the weekend. So many things to do as a family board games pool ping pong smart TVs hot tub etc not once did 1 of the kids say they were bored. We had a great time and absolutely loved this cabin.

Was a really good stay. Really a nice place to stay and a very private location. It was very close to town. The host was communicative and available. The hottub was making a loud noise when we arrived and the house had a few things like the upstairs shower knobs were very loose but overall I would recommend and we will go back. No complaints
