We were on the back side and so had no view from lanai. It was a clean room, have stayed many times and do prefer the front side. We did not use the pool. Spent most time at the beach or sightseeing. Will be back for sure!
This condo was very new / clean feeling and fit our needs perfectly. The location is walkable to many stores, restaurants and best of all, the beach. The pool is fantastic as was the hot tub. I can't say enough positive things. We would absolutely stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay at Worldmark Kihei. It was our second time staying there and the first time with our kids. The pool is fantastic, the location is great being so close to the beach and an ABC store you have everything you need close by. The staff were all very friendly.
Only improvements could be on cleanliness counters and floors. And some towels seemed a bit stained. Perhaps some type of cleaning product for the countertops would be nice to have in the property. But otherwise everything was great! And we would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone else.

Glad you had a great time, and we appreciate your feedback. We would love for you to travel with us again. Watch for our emails with great direct rates. Thank you for your review!
This is truly a lovely property. Close to beaches, groceries ABC and Foodland. Pool was one of the best features as well it was warm and large and the Tiki Torches at night were beautiful.
The staff was respectful of guests which we truly appreciate.
Internet was sporadic but we also were not charged for it.
The property will be going through an upgrade mid March I’m told. One building at a time.
One note, keep your kitchen clean and throw out your garbage at night. We noticed some bugs but management sprayed and we were much more careful.
Just loved this condo - clean and well appointed. The pool is larger than it appears in the photos. Lots of families and children for small children to play with. It is ideally located in Kihei and really is across from a beach that has a lifeguard.
Air conditioner works great, able to easily prepare meals in kitchen.
If I was being extra picky I would say a better water pressure in the shower and maybe upgrade that shower stall in the master bedroom as it is pretty small and has a shower curtain for a door. But that is me really trying to think of something not 5 star about the accommodation.
Really loved the fresh towel exchange. The condo we stayed at was next to the pool but when inside the condo you never hear the pool or any of the outdoor activities. Highly recommend.
Be aware of what you are getting: Worked out in the end
You should be aware that this is a timeshare property. That is, the unit you see on the pictures are not what you will get. You are assigned the unit the night before you arrive at midnight. We were assigned an outdated and run down unit when we arrived. The carpets were sticky and dirty, there was mold on the ceiling and the entire place was run down. We were obviously very upset as the picture of the unit did not match what we were given and the unit should not have been rented to anyone. We noticed the rest of the property was being remodeled and asked if we could change units. After two uncomfortable nights, we were moved to a remodeled unit.
At this point, our trip improved dramatically. The new unit was very nice, clean, and comfortable and well-appointed. The location is great, in the heart of Kihei. The pool is warm and larger than it looks in the pics. The Worldmark staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again if we could ensure we got a new unit. FYI There is also ongoing construction in the complex to finish all the buildings. Not sure when that will be complete.

Location, location, location
Located in the heart of Kihei, this property is walking distance to many great amenities! The units were fine, nicely provisioned, and had been recently updated. That being said...
There were major issues with work at the property. We were warned of the ongoing remodel project. What we didn't expect was the garbage & obstacle course we maneuvered on a daily basis. Often we had a "No Entrance, Caution Work in Process" a-board blocking our door.
No measures were taken for the many guests (elderly, children, families, etc) still using the property. We walked over extension cords, next to table saws, around people, tools & supplies blocking the main pathway to the pool, limited open parking & front office.
My friend slipped on wet carpet remnants & down the stairs. Fortunately he wasn't badly hurt. We removed roofing nails from the base of the stairway & other dangerous materials along the paths. The site was never cleaned up at days' end & the work went on from dawn 'til (sometimes well after) dusk seven days a week. Not a typo... the front desk told us the crews only worked from 8-6 M-F. They worked EVERY DAY of our two week stay.
When we returned to overspray & footprints on our deck - we finally asked to change rooms. We got a better location, but the new stove top had a burner out & the ice maker didn't work.
Cleaning up each day would have helped immensely. Our friends, WorldMark owners, were horrified by the conditions we were forced to accept for the price we paid.
First experience at a World Mark. I didn’t realize the unit pictures advertised were not from the unit I’d be staying in. At check in I was grateful they the found a peek-a-boo view unit.
The aggravating thing was the people in 6412 grated and drug the patio furniture across it starting 0700 and then all day long! Ruined the quiet patio time
I was very impressed with our unit. It had everything we needed, to feel like home, away from home. I loved the unit we were put in. I believe we had the best view in the whole complex. I felt like we were looked after, and our every need was anticipated. I will surely share my experience with others. I will definitely return again. Mahalo!!
