Access to two pools, man made beach and bbq dining area fronting the ocean and sunsets. 920 sq ft of space, this unit has a separate entry to bathroom for guest. Wheel chair accessible unit. Large walk in shower, king bed and queen Murphy bed. In room Laundry, A/C, patio, 55” tv, internet, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, garden view, two pools-1salt water 1 fresh water. Non smoking unit. There is a 3 night minimum

We really enjoyed our stay at Ron’s condo at Casa de Emdeko. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. The complex was lovely with a perfect laid back vibe. The location was centrally located and had easy access to stores, restaurants, beaches, etc. We really enjoyed grilling by the oceanfront most nights and watching the sunset. We are sad to leave but will definitely be back!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place is in the perfect spot and close to everything. It was very clean, lots of supplies and we loved the salt water pool!
Fantastic location. Being so close to the ocean with two pools and a fully stocked kitchen meant we never had to leave. Would stay here again, for sure.
The condo, and complex, are amazing. The salt water pool with a beach and ocean view was spectacular. The condo was thenperfect size for a family of four, and we will stay here again.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a great home base from which to explore the island. It had everything we needed. Parking was probably the trickiest thing but we made it work.
We always choose Ronny’s place! It’s beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of beach accessories, Everything you need for your Island vacation.
The two pools are very nice. I like this place better than the resorts. Parking is a tiny bit tight, but well worth being away from the crowds. A/C, refrigerator, and washer/dryer all worked very well. Beds and sofa were very comfortable.
This condo was in a great location. Close to all the beach excursions we tried. Highly recommend night snorkeling with the manta rays! We enjoyed sitting at the beach under the palm trees just a few steps from our condo. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

Everything was quiet, smooth and place was fantastic. Local neighbors great. Pools and accommodations clean and working. Much better than staying in crowded old buildings and traffic in Kona.
Really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Easy walk out (no stairs!) to the pools, patio, and sunset. Large living room with Murphy Bed is a plus, and the walk in shower was perfect at the end of the day. Ronnie was great to work with - would love to stay here again!
The place was actually bigger than the pictures show, which was a very nice surprise. The remodeled shower was wonderful and my daughter loved the pools.
Nice condo, good location, clean, organized, lots of extras to make our stay comfortable. There was a minor problem with the shades and Ronny took care of it for us immediately! We highly recommend this vacation property!

The owners travel most of the year and understands the needs of those staying in VRBO accommodations. The manager/owner Ronny is retired from the fire department and now owns/manages multiple rental properties.

This property is close to everything yet feels like your far away from the busy city. Surrounded by gardens and fountains.
What makes this property unique
As an owner who travels quite a bit I have supplied the condo with Shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, few spices, snorkel equipment, cooler, beach chairs, beach towels. Lutron remote control shades installed on all windows and sliders. I try and have everything here to make it easier and less to pack for my guest. I am available 24 hours and I keep my calendar updated daily. I respond within the hour and most times within 20 min. I realize there is many managed properties that do not give that service.
