About this property

House near the ocean with swimming pool in a 3* residence

This home has been completely renovated. Ideal for family vacation as all the facilities for children are available around the house. She can only receive 2 adults and 3 children and 1 baby. We leave you 3 adult bikes (2 man and woman) and 2 bikes for children of 5/6 years and 10 years with their anti-theft.
Bicycles must be permanently attached because of theft.
It has 2 bedrooms upstairs. The children's room has 3 beds of 90 * 190 with storage and the master bedroom with a large bed 160 * 200 with storage and exit to the balcony. On the landing a cabinet for storage was planned. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and 1 toilet.
On the ground floor, 1 toilet in the hall, an integrated and functional kitchen has been installed (oven, fridge freezer, integrated microwave), dishwasher, cooker hob. The living area with wall-mounted TV and DVD player. Electric heater. It is located 2 km from the ocean and 3 km from the lake. Numerous bike paths are accessible from the entrance of the residence. At 500 meters you will find access to the 18 hole golf course, tennis. The 400 m2 swimming pool is heated from April to September. The house is south facing pool. A terrace is at your disposal and you will find a table, chairs, relax, a parasol and a deck chair.
Sheets are provided during the stay. This home is fully functional and very very clean.
We do not provide linen: towels and beach towels are expected. Remember to bring them or you can rent them at the Pierre et Vacances reception desk.
For days when time is not there, we leave board games, card games, books and DVDs. Pingpong rackets are left with their balls for children
Everything is on site, this house is functional.
Rental during the period of July and August only from Saturday to Saturday.
The beds at your departure must be undone and we ask you to put the sheets on the kitchen table on the table on the ground floor.
The day of your departure, the house must be clean and tidy. If you do not want to clean the house at your departure thank you to inform me at the reservation so that I plan a cleaning team. In the case where we should do it, I will retain on the deposit a sum of 80 euros for the latter. I let you choose. In case you wish to do so, I leave you all the necessary on the spot.
If you break dishes, do not replace it. Just tell me so that I buy it.

Very pleasant stay

We spent very nice time in late season in Sept. in Lacanau. The house was very well equipped, much above standard, I think. It was very quiet, but not many people at that time. We could go by bike to the ocean or the lake. The renter was available all time and so was her friend who took over the check-in. Absolute recommendation!

Urlaub zum träumen

Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus hat eine top Lage direkt am Pool. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und alles ist farblich gekonnt aufeinander abgestimmt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und wir haben ausgezeichnet geschlafen. Das Bad ist modern und die Dusche hat eine perfekte Größe Die Ruhe ist himmlisch. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir danken den Vermietern für dies unvergessliche Zeit

Wonderful return to Lacanau Ocean

We stayed at the same resort 3 years ago but this property was a much higher standard having been fully refurbished. The location was perfect for us, a short bike ride into Lacanau Ocean and close to the lakes and other beaches. We were a little disappointed there was no evening entertainment or restaurant on site anymore but still had a wonderful holiday.

Sommerferien 2019

Wir haben hier im Sommer 2 Wochen mit unseren beiden Jungs (13 u. 15 J.) verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einer Anlage von Pierre & Vacances, insofern konnten wir die Annehmlichkeiten einer solchen Anlage wie z.B. Pool, Restaurant oder Brötchenservice mitnutzen. Das in der Anlage angebotene Programm bzw. die Kinderbetreuung sind insbesondere für kleinere Kinder sehr interessant. Insges. viele Kinder und Jugendliche. Auch Programm für Erwachsene wie Yoga, Aerobic, Wassergymnastik, Musik etc. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder erleichtern der Weg zum Strand (ca. 2,5 km, keine Parkplatzsuche). Für 4 Personen ist das Haus nicht übermäßig groß, aber völlig ausreiechend und gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, 2. WC, DVD Player etc.). Alles ist recht neu. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Häuschen in netter Anlage

Ein schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus in einer Ferienanlage mit sehr schöner Terrasse und sehr nah am Pool. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern und tolle Ausstattung für Kleinkinder! Internet über Pierre et Vacances- leider sehr teuer und schlechter Empfang, aber das war vorher bekannt also gar kein Problem. Waschmaschine ebenfalls über Pierre et vacances, allerdings auch recht teuer.

Très agréable séjour à Lacanau

La location est conforme à la description, très bien équipée, nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos enfants. La maison est très bien située dans le village Pierre et Vacances, à côté de l’accueil Et de la piscine, ce qui peut parfois causer des problèmes de bruit... Très Bon accueil des propriétaires, nous avons aussi apprécié le prêt des vélos ...

Un séjour presque parfait.

Bonjour, Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans votre appartement qui est parfaitement fonctionnel ( agencement, propreté et calme ) . Même si l'entretien des pelouses et la tonte des haies doivent se faire, le bruit des appareils a été désagréable pendant deux jours. Malgré ce petit détail, le séjour a été agréable. Cordialement. Décorée avec goût, très propre et bien située, cette petite maison est vraiment agréable à vivre. Le temps n'a pas été de notre côté donc nous avons bien profité des jeux de société à disposition. Et au moindre rayon de soleil la piscine juste devant nous tend les bras. Bref, un très bon séjour !

Séjour très agréable, endroit idéal pour la pratique quotidienne du golf et de la natation!

La maison est vraiment parfaite, très confortable, très propre, très bien équipée. Une rénovation moderne et de qualité que nous avons beaucoup appréciée! Rien ne manque, ou presque ( l'accès internet et les serviettes de bain prévus dans la description...). Le seul petit reproche, la proximité immédiate de l'accueil de la résidence avec la garderie d'enfants, le restaurant et la piscine parfois source de beaucoup de bruit et de passage...si on recherche le calme! Mais l'avantage est que la piscine n'est pas loin... Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette maison et vous la recommandons surtout si vous venez avec des enfants!

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette maison de Madame Mucignato qui nous a très bien accueilli et permis d'accéder à de nombreuses prestations (loisirs du club Pierre et vacances, vélos et casques à disposition, raquettes, poussette, lit parapluie...). La proximité de l'océan (5 minutes en voiture) a été très appréciée. Merci pour tout !

Très bonne expérience. Logement bien conçu, refait à neuf avec goût et très propre. Cuisine fonctionnelle avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires. Excellents lits. A 20m de la piscine, de la réception, du restaurant et du minigolf. Très bon accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. La piscine est grande et chauffées, mais mériterait un rafraîchissement du revêtement.
