I feel so lucky to have found this place to stay. The unit was comfortable, clean and well stocked with dishes, pts and pans plus coffee and teas. It is in a great location - can walk to the stores the beach and there are pools on site. The people who work here are so nice and to have Violas a little pub food place on site was the cherry on top. Can’t wait to go back.

This was a great location for a small family 3-5 people. The location of the villas gave easy access to the beach and a very short walk to a shopping village with a few restaurants. There was also a grocery store within walking distance, just be prepared to pay about double the price of regular grocery stores stateside. There were two pools on the property which were very clean and never crowded. The resort itself was in a great location and had a very relaxing feel. We went over to Atlantis for one day (either a 15 minute walk or a 20 cab ride). Atlantis was just too much. Think cruise ship on land. The waterpark was a lot of fun for the family, but there were just too many people. The beach in front of Sunrise was NEVER crowded and there was a lot to explore by walking down the beach. The ocean water was a comfortable 75 degrees which felt very refreshing after time in the Bahamian sun. We stayed in a two bedroom two bath villa. Beds were comfortable, and there was a TV in each room (that we never turned on). Kitchen came equipped with everything you need. Viola’s restaurant and bar was on property. Food and drinks were great! Overall a fantastic place to stay and would definitely book again.

The BEST for a family vacation. We got early check in accommodations, on site property manager was extremely helpful. Property was beautifully maintained, clean and well furnished. Just steps from the beautiful pool and then a few steps from the pool to the white sands beach. We had an excellent family vacation and would absolutely recommend it to everyone!

Best Vacation Spot

Upon getting to Sunrise Beach I was made most welcomed, like I was a part of their little family. The location is within walking distance to just about everything. There is so much to see and do that on one day my daughter and I started off around 9:00am and did not return back to the resort until 7:00pm. Once again, thank you so much for the best four days of vacation that I have ever had! I hope to be back soon to see all of my new friends at Sunrise Beach!

Spacious unit, excellent location

Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious with a large balcony and ocean/garden view. Kitchen was well equipped for making small meals. Overall the entire property needs some updates and cleaning, but was fine for our family. Easy beach access through a locked gate and two pools. Violas restaurant onsite had excellent food but super slow service. Location was easily walkable to restaurants, shops, small grocery store and the dock for some of the boat tours. We had a great stay with no issues.

This condo is roomy and very clean.

The condo is located a very short walk to Cabbage beach, one of the nicest beaches in Nassau. It is an easy walk to Atlantis, the little straw market, and shopping. The grounds could use a little more maintenance and some updating, but overall it was a nice place. There is a small charge for maid service that is not included in the VRBO charges (3.50 per day). The restaurant on site was excellent and fairly priced. The kitchen in the condo has everything you need to cook and serve meals too. I would stay here again - thanks so much.

The name is very misleading. It says “Atlantis” as the first word here but it is not associated with Atlantis at all. The actual name is Sunrise Beach Villas which you have to read down in description to get to. And not luxury, but they are nice. Staff was great, but this is not a resort!

Perfect for us....

3rd time there, first time staying in a 2 bedroom - we liked the space, the extra bedrooms, bathrooms, the back patio was fabulous to unwind and bbq on, the AC was excellent, the kitchen was all but new and fully stocked -blender, coffee maker, microwave, amble towels (bath, kitchen). Best part is 1 minute walk to the best beach, hardly crowded, The restaurant on site is also very handy and quite good. We walked to Atlantis several times to dine, and lose all our money at the Casino (😂)/ Staff was courteous, helpful. No complaints. didn't see the security woman but never any security concerns.

Vacation of a lifetime

I had a wonderful experience staying at this condo. It was nice, clean, on the beach and a short, very short walk to the Atlantis Hotel. I could not have stayed at a better location. I couln't believe that the facility was actually on the beach. We had a pool to use also which the kids enjoyed too. I was so pleased with this place and would recommend it to anyone staying on Paradise Island. We had a kitchen so we could cook our meals instead of always eating out. We could have breakfast, go to the beach and when we got hungery we just walked up the stairs and ate then right back to the beach without worrying about not only where to go but this way it didn't keep you away from the beach very long. That is what I was there for, the food is just a necessity. But who wants to waste their time going somewhere sitting there waiting to order, then waiting for your food, then waitng for your check when you can be enjoying the great beach

Awesome villa in a great location!

We booked this villa at the last minute for a Christmas week vacation with family. Everything was great! The location is outstanding! The resort facilities are very nice. The restaurant at the resort, Viola's, had very good food and was reasonably priced. Everyone there was very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely come here again!

Great location and property

The property is located a short walk on the beach or road from Atlantis, the Atlantis Marina (and all of the shops), etc. It has a great beach that is partially shaded almost all day. Being on the north side of the island, the surf can get pretty big (which is good and bad) so make sure you check the reports out before you go out. The staff was very friendly, the grounds and condo kept up very well, and Viola's is probably our favorite non-Atlantis restaurant on Paradise Island. One of the pools was closed for maintenance, but the whole property is nice and well worth the money. Its a small resort and there are no bad condos. All are within steps of the beach and almost all of them are located on a swimming pool. We rented a car, but the office can arrange shuttle service for you if needed.

Loved Sunrise Villas

The units are good size, clean, and have a neighborhood rather than resort feel. The nice-sized pool opens up to the beach via locked gate. Violas open air restaurant was convenient, well priced, and has good food! The units include access to the beach and an umbrella and chairs. 10-15 minute walk to the Atlantis Resort. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Getaway

An absolutely wonderful property on Paradise Island with helpful friendly staff, beautiful well-kept grounds, and easy access to a beautiful clean uncrowded white sandy beach. Restaurant had delicious food and friendly service. We'll definitely be going back!

Nice quiet property

Our family stayed over Christmas and New Year's recently and had a wonderful time. It is close to Atlantis, but far enough away you get peace. The pools are nice and were quiet. The beach out front is beautiful and this property is just far enough away it isn't as busy. And if you really want your own space you walk further down towards the 4 seasons. If you walk all the way down to the point, there is nice snorkeling right off the beach. We had a two bedroom. It was my husband and I and two teenage sons. It was nice to have a private space for all of us to spread out at the end of the day. My tips: Pack light - I didn't wear half of what I brought and we had laundry right in the unit. I didn't need our four beach towels as there were plenty in the unit and everything was washed everyday. Have the front desk arrange your taxi to pick you up from the airport. They were friendly and awesome. Get groceries on your way to the island in Nassau. there is a small market on the island but it is very limited. There is a liquor store in the small complex on the round about. It is in the back right of the complex. So much cheaper to make your own drinks when you are at the condo. Violas is a fun little place and is a little less expensive than most. We ate there several times since it was so convenient. Overall, we liked this spot very much. I would choose it over the craziness of Atlantis anyday.

Great Vacation Spot!!

The staff and owner at this location are excellent and very friendly!! The room and the property were clean and very well-maintained. On Friday night at Viola's Bar they have karaoke which was so much fun! I was very sad to leave and am already ready for another vacation at Sunrise Beach Villas!! I would definietly recommend this property to anyone!!
