Apartment 4/6 pers "Angles" Comfortable / good condition
F2 mezzanine for 4/6 people 35 m2 ² in the ski resort of the Catalan Pyrenees. Renovated apartment in very good condition with plenty of storage space and a lovely view over Lake Matemale. Balcony with table and chairs facing south and east to Lake.
Located on the 3rd floor (top floor) of a small residence without lift, at the entrance of the village, 500m from the slopes and shops and 50m free municipal bus stop.
Includes: living room (sofa BZ, 2 armchairs, TV), kitchen area (oven, fridge / freezer, ceramic hob 2 burners, extractor hood, microwave ...) bathroom / WC, loft (2 beds 90), closed room (bed 140).
Floor: Laminate flooring downstairs and upstairs, bathroom: tiles
Electric heating.
Ski locker in the basement. Outdoor parking reserved
