Our house is located just up the road from the Shawnee Mountain Ski Area. Located between Bushkill Falls and the Delaware National Recreation Area offers hiking, biking, rivers, streams, and waterfalls. From Spring to Fall, easy access to kayak or canoe rentals. Numerous golf courses are just minutes away. The historical town of Delaware Water Gap and Stroudsburg offers a variety of restaurants, music venues, wineries, and boutiques. Best of all, we are only 75 minutes west of NYC.
Comfortable, clean and clutter free home with excellent WIFI and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and private bathroom. The small bedroom has bunk beds and access to the master bedroom with sliding glass doors (privacy drapes) and balcony with winter views of Shawnee Mountain slopes. The second bedroom has two full beds and 42in TVs. The living room has an open layout to the dining and kitchen area, with a 4K 55in TV, Roku, fireplace, and small deck with a propane grill. The fully equipped kitchen includes all appliances and both Keurig and drip coffee makers with complimentary coffee. Writing desk with LED lamp and wireless charging capabilities for your work from home needs. Ski and bicycle storage available upon request. Walking distance to Shawnee Mountain Ski area, with Delaware River activities, hiking, waterfalls, and more just 5-10 minutes away. Water parks, wineries, breweries, casino, and outlets within 30-35 minutes.

Discounts on Shawnee Inn golfing, and we are just TWO MINUTES away from Shawnee Mountain Ski Area. In the winter, enjoy the wood burning fireplace after a long day of skiing. We can also accommodate larger group by offering additional unit in the same building. There is nothing like the glow of the fire to relax and heat you up, making it warm and inviting! In the warmer seasons you are just 3 miles away from Hidden Lake, and the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area providing what every outdoors-man desires including multiple hiking and biking trails, canoeing, fishing, swimming and multiple picnic areas. Between the comfort of our townhouse and the location, you couldn`t ask for anything more! Property equipped with central air-conditioning, Roku/Amazon stick streaming devices in all rooms, upon request 2 storage units perfect for bikes or skiing equipment for your convenience. *Minimum age requirement is 25 years old* ID required for age verification. Two Parking spaces are included directly in front of the Townhouse, for additional cars and your guests, there are 5 spaces directly to the right of the community mailboxes, towards the exit from the development.

While being nested in nature, surrounded by woods, mountain, lakes and river, our community is located just minutes from the main Route 209, where you`ll find number of restaurants, coffee places, supermarket and pharmacy. Hospital is only 7 miles away.
Car is necessary. Taxi and Uber also available.

Fresh bed linens and one bath towel for each guest are included in the $100 cleaning fee. For extra comfort and hygiene, in place of top sheets, we use freshly washed duvet covers on all our bedroom beds. For hot summer nights, flat sheets are also available in the bedroom closets. While fresh sheets are provided for use in the property, personal care items like lotions, toothpaste and like items or daily maid service is not provided.We suggest you bring beach towels (during summer ), as we do not permit linens to be taken from the property. Note: washer and dryer are included in the rental, but guests need to use their own laundry detergent. Don`t leave children unattended, kids safety is solely gusts responsibility. Stairs and windows don`t have child gates, house is not child proofed. 3. Absolutely DO NOT climb over balcony railing. 4. Do not leave trash on the patio, animals will come and you`ll have a lot of clean up to do. 5. If you are going to use the fire place, please make sure to only burn dry hard woods, anything else will cause the smoke to come in to the house. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TAKE WOOD FROM OUR NEIGHBOR `S PILE 6. Please respect your surroundings and neighbors, many of them are older and come there for a nice and relaxing time. There is a community watch and you will be summonsed by the association if you do not obey the community rules. 7. Toothpaste is not provided, please bring your own. 8. This is a non-smoking home. Any smoking must be outside of property & disposed of properly. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING***Smoking in unit is an automatic loss of your full security deposit*** 9. No Pets Allowed-Violators will be charged full security deposit in addition to extra cleaning charges and HOA community violation fees*** 10. Charging electric vehicles (EVs) of any kind, including cars, scooters, and bicycles, is strictly prohibited and is not included in the rental fee. Unauthorized charging will be considered a direct violation of our house rules.
Any violation of this rule will result in the following actions: 10.1. Immediate penalty fee of $500 charged to the guest. 10.2. Termination of the rental agreement, which may result in immediate eviction without a refund for the remaining stay. 10.3. Prosecution for theft of electricity, as unauthorized charging constitutes theft of personal property under applicable laws. Legal action will be taken against violators, which may include reporting the incident to local authorities. 10.4. Additional fees to cover any damage, overuse of electricity, or potential fire hazards caused by unauthorized charging. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the safety of all guests, protect our facilities, and comply with insurance and safety regulations. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our house rules and preventing any incidents.
Before check out Please remember to: 1. Lower the thermostat to 60 in the winter and turn off the AC in the summer. 2. Remove all debris, rubbish, food from refrigerator, and garbage and take all of your trash to the trash containers. Please make sure to open the side door and put all of your trash inside the containers. There are cameras and you will be recorded and summonsed by the security (big green commercial grade containers )located towards the exit of the development on the right side, directly as you pass the mailboxes. 3. Please make sure all doors and windows are closed and front door locked and returned to the lock-box ( you need to enter the provided access code to close the lock-box) 4. Please make sure to arrange late checkout ahead of time in order to avoid the cleaning service delays. I`ll be happy to work with you as long as I know at the time of reservation. Regular checkout time is 11:00 AM. 5. A full kitchen with cooking utensils and kitchen equipment are furnished. Failure to clean dishes, utensils, pots and pans and to put away before leaving will result in an automatic $50 cleaning charge. 6. If you decide to use oven, and or grill, please clean after your stay as this intense cleaning is not included with the regular cleaning fee. If you decide to leave a greasy and dirty oven or grill after departure, a $50 cleaning fee will be taken from your security fee for each of those appliances. Thank you for being our guests.

Hosts were great answering texts very quickly. The place was great and had everything we needed. It was clean and ready for us. We cookedOn the bbq, which was a good feature too. Beds were comfortable and the location was exactly what we were looking for. I will use again for our next trip to PA.
This was a very comfortable home with all the things we needed for a relaxing weekend away. Skiing is very close by and there were several local pubs/restaurants with good food nearby as well. I would definitely recommend this property and rent again.
It was a lovely stay. The location turned out to be fantastic, close enough to highway access to reach Kalahari or Camelback for day trips but far enough away from the main road to feel like a getaway. The hosts were straight forward and responsive to messages and everything worked wonderfully. I would happily stay at this property again.
Very nice and clean place to stay. It reminded me of my own home which Is why I picked it. Everything went well especially with the owner who made sure We was comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
The property is very clean and well kept. The backyard has a fun woodsy setting. The beds were nice, and my five year old loved the bunk bed. We would love to stay again for a future outdoor outing trip!

It’s great to hear that you like the house and enjoyed your stay. We would definitely review and upgrade pillows that lost its flood. Unlike hotel rooms which offer unlimited supply of fresh towels, this service is just not possible for host run vacation rental as we do all of the laundry ourselves. On the upside, our house is equipped with a full size washer and dryer and guests are welcome to use it and refresh provided towels as often as they like.
We enjoyed our stay in the Poconos. The unit was as described, clean and well appointed. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions and provided helpful information at check in which was simple. The entrance was easily accessible for my elderly mother and the double handrails on the stairs were a helpful bonus. Overall a great stay.
IT IS INDEED A GREAT PLACE TO STAY, VERY CLOSE TO SHAWNEE MOUNTAIN WHICH WAS A DEAL BREAKER FOR US. CLOSE TO MAIN ROAD 209 AS WELL WHERE YOU HAVE SUPERMARKETS, BARS AND RESTAURANTS.
APARTMENT IS SPACIOUS AND VERY CLEAN, KITCHEN WELL EQUIPPED.
WE HAD A REALLY GREAT TIME AND FOR SURE WE WILL GO THERE AGAIN.

We had a lovely time. The condo was as described, even a little better. Everything was clean and orderly and directions were clear. My family and I enjoyed our long weekend. The condo was the lovely place to come back to after running around adventuring all day. I would recommend this to anyone exploring the Pocono area!
Condo appears to be recently remodeled with new comfortable beds, couches, beautiful kitchen counters and floors. We did find a few dirty dishes in cabinets and wished for more kitchen towels, knives, and pots for cooking. Also, information on the "Associations" pool area would have been great. Loved the hummingbird feeder and wooded views off the back deck! Recommend Bushkills Falls hike which is a close drive. Overall, a lovely, pleasant stay.

Thank you for your review and feedback, our apologies for the overlook on our part and missing the dirty dishes that must have been put away by previous guests and not checked and washed by us. We take cleanliness most importantly and will make sure to address this miss immediately. We restock our kitchen to include all cooking utensils and pots, and if something that you needed, I wished you had let us known, we would have bring it to you. Thanks for being our guest, hope to welcome you again and this time earn 5 starts as we will make sure to address everything you mentioned.
The property was basically as described. It was a peaceful environment. The hosts’ response time was good when we had concerns. It’s not far from shopping and outlets. I would probably stay again. Oh, the beds were comfortable which was a plus. Washer and dryer in the unit was an added convenience. There was also a grill out back although we didn’t use it because it basically rained each day we were there.
Overall a decent stay.
Upon arriving, the property was exactly as advertised - very updated and appeared to be in good working condition. The AC appeared to be working, however after a day, we realized that the place was NOT cooling down. We told the property manager, Tom, and were told that it would cool down soon. Just a few minutes later, Tom texted back telling us that there was in fact a problem with the AC and that he would be out soon to fix it. He did exactly that and was extremely up front about the issue. The problem was fixed about as quickly as humanly possible so we were very pleased! Also, we asked for additional sheets and he promptly delivered those to the property. He checked in with us on a regular basis to make sure that we were happy and comfortable. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and sense of urgency. I would HIGHLY recommend this property!!! Thank you, Tom, for allowing us to have a wonderful few days!

The host made our lives very simple, we were visiting a school in Blairstown, NJ and I simply forgot to book a place for us to stay but the host here made it very simple for us. The property was exactly as it describes, clean and comfortable, to say the least. We plan on staying here again when we go back to Blairstown, very highly recommended stay!!
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located for easy access to fantastic hiking trails and fall foliage. Several good restaurants nearby. This was our third annual fall trip to the area. This was the best and we plan to return next year.

The home was very clean and had everything we were looking for on our trip, the area was nice and the stores and restaurants are pretty close, we had a great time and we will definitely stay here again, Tom & Jola was very prompt when it was time to reserve and made the trip very smooth....
This townhouse was the perfect size with enough room to comfortably fit 6 adults. It was very cozy and immaculate. Furnishings are comfortable and modern. Kitchen is well equipped. The location is great; quiet, secluded, yet close to nearby attractions such as Shawnee Inn, ski resort, Delaware Water Gap, East Stroudsburg, and several restaurants. The owner is very responsive and answers immediately. Our purpose for going was to attend Family Weekend at ESU where our son attends as a freshman. Hopefully, looking forward to staying here as a family tradition.
