Located on a tree lined street amongst historic brownstones, this one bedroom apartment is conveniently located between West End Avenue and Broadway in the Upper West Side of Manhattan and one block from the 72nd Street Subway (1, 2 and 3).
The apartment is inside a historic brownstone two flights up (no elevator) and faces the back gardens with southern exposure making it quiet and a bright sunny apartment.
There is a king size bed in the bedroom with closet, dresser and flat screened TV.
There is a queen pull out sofa bed in the living room along with a flat screen TV.
New Furnished kitchen with cook top stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker. Washer and dryer are inside the apartment, a rare feature.
