Perfect!

My husband, my bro, his wife + I had a beautiful stay. It’s big enough we weren’t on top of each other, the private courtyard is a shady dream, we used the rooftop patio a lot, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen is fairly well appointed, and it is the perfect location for us. Plus every time you go upstairs you see the sea! We will definitely book this place again.

Peaceful and wonderfully located property

The apartment was a great set up, location, and nice and quiet. Shared roof deck was wonderful, with great views! Agree with previous review that the property is definitely missing some upkeep and supplies (like a broom). While we were there the coffee machine didn't work and the shower head broke. However, Florencia was fantastic in responding immediately to the issues and resolving them. She was great about communicating with us as well. Can't beat the location - a block from the beach and a short walk into town for groceries, restaurants, shops, etc.

On the Beach

The location was petty good but should not be advertised as " on the beach." We were all lookkng forward to using the rooftop but this was not possible. The temp was between 34C and 38C and the patio cover on the roof was not adequate to keep us covered from the sun. We would have been able to use the rooftop if the patio cover extended the length of the roof. Very disappinting. The contact representative was super fast in responding to our queries. The only other issue that we were not prepared for was that we had to put our used toilet paper in a basket located beside each toilet. This was not specific to our condo but to the entire community of Puerto Morales.

For your information A "beachside location" refers to a property that is situated in close proximity to a beach. and this is our title, Beachside Oasis!! Spacious Condo - 1/2 block from the Beach- with Garden & Roof There is not mention that our condo is on the beach, also you have the location map and pictures that shows the unit is not Beach front. Regarding the unique practice of placing used toilet paper in a basket, we understand that this may differ from what guests are accustomed to. This practice is indeed a local norm in Puerto Morales and is not specific to our property.

Great location

The location and the amenities of this apartmetn were amazing. The roof top patio is very nice as is the outdoor area at the back. . The only negative is this apartment ,like so many here is in need of some deep cleaning and atention to care.Many repairs and reparis and maintanence has been done but done very poorly. Washroom toilet is plumbed to hot water. This makes the small room hot and the toilet stink.. The floors were sticky and felt sandy all the time, the floors had marks all over and material stuck to them that could have been scrubbed off. The living area flooded at noon on one day during a storm and we had to use every towel we could find to dam the flood and mop it up and nothing was done until the next morning in spite of many requests for help. This is a great space but looks neglected and any repairs, and there were many, were done very shoddily leaving it feeling very tired. .

Christmas 2022

The location of the property is amazing, but we had a couple of issues during our stay. The toilet on the main level wasn't working upon our arrival. I had to call the property manager and she have someone fix it. Also, the door frame rotted out and completely came apart which left us no way to shut/lock the property. Again, I called the property manager and she had to bring someone out to make repairs. There were a few items that are listed that were not supplied: dish detergent, paper towels, and bar soap. Also, we didn't purchase the extra mid-week cleaning session as we keep our rentals clean during our stay, but it's a tile floor across the street from the beach and there was no broom in the unit to sweep up sand. Overall, great location and nice property, but it could be a little better maintained.
