Newly built beachfront condo with wall to wall windows offer beautiful stunning views of the Pacific Ocean from the modern open concept dining room, living room, and kitchen, as well as the master bedroom. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from one of the two oceanfront balconies, just steps to the pool and beach. The 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room will provide you with everything you need to have a perfect vacation.

Building amenities include amazing pool area with heated infinity pool gym, splash pool, wading pool, jacuzzi hot tub, and plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Fully equipped gym with change room and saunas. Gated building with 24/7 security guard and concierge available to assist if needed. A masseuse can be booked on site. Parking available for one car.

The condo has easy access to several shops and restaurants via walking, short taxi/uber ride and bus stop conveniently located at the community entrance. Many activities are readily available like swimming, kayaking, biking, horseback ridding, surfing, sailing, fishing, beach volleyball, tours, and much much more.
