Fully renovated apartment very well heated, new fitted kitchen, traditional oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, flat screen TV, free WiFi internet access.
Large sofa in the living room, bedroom with a large double bed and 2 bunk beds, dressing room for clothes, bathroom with shower cubicle and WC. Ski locker outside.
The apartment is located 1 km from Italy 12 km from Briançon. Panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. In winter, the village and the ski slopes at 900 m, stop in front of the apartment for the free shuttle.

Great apartment for small family.

Communication with host and the agency was good, we were to collect keys after office hours and this was communicated with easy to follow instructions.The apartment was clean, and very well equipped, in a quiet area. 15 min walk from the slopes but we knew this on booking and there is a free regular shuttle bus for those who don’t want to walk.

Best Apartment I’ve stayed at in Montgenevre

Clean, great location (shuttle to snow front arrives at the doorstep), and charming owner. Property manager however seemed disorganized, was intermittently at the office when assistance was required, and miscommunicated the payment procedures for linens and towels. This should not dissuade you from staying at this incredible apartment.

Late season snow!

Convenient apartment with a lovely, modern kitchen and beautiful views across to the slopes. There is a regular ski bus (every 30 minutes when we were there), but we preferred to walk 10-15 minutes and store our skis at the foot of the slopes. Michel the host was very responsive to all our queries and the agency with the keys was easy to find. The resort was quiet with good skiing for all abilities, we liked restaurant 'Le Trio' by the main ski area. Don't miss a visit to the Balneo spa!

Beautiful Place

We have just returned after a wonderful week staying at the property. The property was a perfect size and in a great location with a very regular shuttle bus stopping straight outside. The bus was very much needed with all the equipment and took us straight to village and ski slopes/ school every day. The views from the property were amazing and I really enjoyed waking up to everyday it was also so peaceful both in the day and Night. From our initial booking till our stay Michael was an amazing host and always answered any questions or queries almost immediately. The property was clean, warm and very comfy. Would definitely recommend when staying in the resort. Thank you for everything Jess

Cosy et fonctionnel

5 étoiles pour l’essentiel avec un gros plus sur l’arrêt de la navette ski a 20m. Un petit moins pour un Rdc direct sur parking et sur le nettoyage qui pourrait être mieux fait (poussière sous canapé, lit et étagères)

Agréable séjour

Appartement très propre parfaitement conforme à nos attentes. Situation très agréable sur les hauteurs. Avec l’avantage très appréciable que la navette (gratuite) passe devant l’immeuble et nous conduit devant le front de neige. Très facile. Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer le propriétaire très agréable et réactif.

Garage aménagé avec peu d'ouvertures et un rideau métallique neuf...

Situé sur le parking des résidences du soleil, l'appartement est en fait un garage aménagé ce qui n'apparaît pas sur les photos . La chambre contient un lit 2 places ainsi que 2 lits superposés...il faut ramper pour monter sur le lit 2 places si on est situé du mauvais côté. Une grande baie vitrée est la seule ouverture du coup on est en vitrine pour les utilisateurs du parking et pour la navette qui fait demi tour devant l'appartement.Pas de chauffage dans la sdb. Le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas bon du tout.

Il est difficile de contenter tout le monde. Cet appartement à été occupé une dizaine d’année comme résidence principale avant que je ne le rachète aux propriétaires qui partaient à la retraite. Je ne l’ai jamais connu comme garage ainsi que vous l’affirmez. Je l’ai entièrement refait. La salle de bains est neuve et il y a 4 radiateurs dans l’appartement 2 électriques à huile très puissants et 2 dépendant de l’ensemble de la maison. La salle de bains qui est petite n’en nécessite pas. Regardez les photos nul besoin de « ramper » pour aller dormir. Concernant la navette tous les vacanciers la considèrent comme un sérieux atout car nul besoin de prendre la voiture. Enfin je voudrais vous faire remarquer que j’ai 26 appréciations avec la vôtre et 25 me donnent 4 ou 5 étoiles. Je suis très à l’écoute des vacanciers, de leurs remarques et toujours prêt à rendre service. Je regrette que vous n’ayez pas pris la peine de me contacter.

Buena localización y comodidad

Apartamento grande y cómodo para 3 o 4 personas. La parada de la navette gratis está justo delante y te deja en los remontes para esquiar. Andando al centro son solo 8 minutos. Vistas bonitas. No hay básicos de baño ni de cocina, como paper WC, jabón lavaplatos, trapos de cocina o sal y pimienta.

Vous avez bien fait de me signaler les quelques problèmes de matériel, normalement cela n’aurait pas dû avoir lieu car vous recevez un kit de bienvenue avec divers produits d’hygiène et on veille toujours à ce qu’il y ait un peu de produit d’avance pour le lave-vaisselle. Pour le sel et le poivre, promis je m’en occupe. Bien cordialement Hola, gracias por tu reseña y me alegra mucho que hayas pasado unas buenas vacaciones. Hiciste bien en señalarme los pocos problemas materiales, normalmente esto no debería haber sucedido porque recibes un kit de bienvenida con varios productos de higiene y siempre nos aseguramos de que haya un poco de producto con antelación para el lavavajillas. Great apartment and location

Check in was easy and property appeared just as expected, perhaps even a little bigger than the pictures show. The apartment was well equipped and the host was easy to contact whenever we needed something - he even contacted us to make sure we knew how to turn the electric radiators on which was very much appreciated. The free bus stops right outside the apartment which was very convenient - picks up every 30 minutes and starts before the lifts are open so I would reccomend using this very much. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the lovely apartment .

Logement très pratique

Le logement est très fonctionnel, avec une grande pièce à vivre et une cuisine bien équipée, un grand cagibi (pour les valises, manteaux, nourriture...), et une chambre séparée. Il est un peu éloigné du centre ville et du front de neige, mais la navette qui s'arrête en face du logement compense parfaitement cet éloignement.

Au top!

Excellent séjour autour de noel dans le logement l’Ourson! La navette juste à côté, la station, le bon contact avec le propriétaire. Nous étions en famille parents et deux enfants de 5 et 7ans. L appartement est tes agréable. Je recommande et je penserai à ce logement pour une prochaine occasion.

Excellent apartment, ideal for family

We have just returned from an amazing week skiing in Montgenevre. With excellent weather and snow conditions. This was our first time visiting the area and Michel was a great source of information from the start. Answering all questions quickly and efficiently. The apartment is bigger than expected, the pictures don't do it justice. We were a family of 4, two children aged 13 and 8. There was plenty of room for us and all the fittings are of excellent quality. The apartment is located at the top of the village but the bus stop is right outside the apartment providing door to door service regularly (bus arrived every 15/20 mins throughout the day). We will definitely stay again if we visit the area in the future.
