The house is located in an enclave of peace and quiet overlooking a scenic palm tree-lined canal. Clusters of palms surround the spacious heated pool, making the lanai feel like your own private tropical oasis. This oasis even comes with a gas grill to cook up your island-style poolside barbecues.

If you’re a boater, you couldn’t ask for a better location. The private dock gives you quick, direct access to the deep blue waters and unrivaled fishing of the Gulf of Mexico.

The interior is the ideal complement to the lanai, with rustic, sea-inspired décor designed to make your stay as peaceful as it is luxurious. Natural light brightens the coral-hued tile and showcases cozy, modern sofas and chairs.

The wide-open kitchen features chairs along the granite counter top, a stylish kitchen island with stove top, and all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner on a table that looks out on the colorful tropical gardens.

The cozy bedrooms, with walls of silken white sands and ocean blue, are decorated with all the comforts of the tropics, and two bedrooms feature sliding door access to the lanai, sending you to sleep each night to the sound of palm trees rustled by fragrant garden breezes. The palatial master suite is adorned with a cherry wood dresser and features an en suite bathroom with his and hers sinks and both a bathtub and wood paneled walk-in shower.

We want your stay here to be nothing short of perfect, so the house is filled with amenities for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, free Wi-Fi, cable, wall-mounted big screen televisions and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got bicycles to explore the Island, along with everything you need for a day at the beach, like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

Great Location and Home

The location of this home is perfect. By boat, you are close to the best restaurants and beaches. The home was very nice, clean, well stocked and the pool was great. The inlet is protective and perfect for side docking. The rental company was topnotch and very responsive. I would stay here again!

Location is excellent as a number of restaurants within walking distance. Property could probably do with a little updating, as some areas looked a bit tired but all fully functional. The master bedroom mattress does need replacing as not very comfortable and large dips evident that can’t be avoided. Definitely stay again and thoroughly enjoyed what this property has to offer.

The location is quiet on the end of a cul de sac. The views of the water and dolphins playing could be seen from almost all the rooms in the house! We used the dock for our boat with easy access to the Gulf. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The beds and furniture were comfortable and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Marco and our time spent at this home. We’ve already booked a return visit for this spring!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of four (21 and 24 year olds) had a wonderful stay at this property. Spacious, well stocked, clean and comfortable. The pool and the 4 adult bikes were the highlight of the stay and used multiple times a day! We also loved having an oversized washer for our daily loads of laundry and nice appliances. The master bedroom has a great view and spa like bath. AC was strong and cool! There are also 3 large screen TVs and two separate sitting areas for us to store as out. Location wasn’t bad as nothing on the island is far. We’re from the DC area where a normal drive anywhere is 30-45 mins so <15 mins to get from any point on the island to another was a treat. The beach chairs and umbrellas were also a bonus. I loved starting my day with coffee and sitting out on the dock in one of the 4 Adirondack chairs. Hoped to see dolphins but didn’t. The owner was also very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Very pleasant stay. Our kids loved it too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was positive as the location is excellent and close to everything. We were there for a week of fishing so we needed the boat dock for tying up. The dock was is good condition but absolutely filthy and we needed to provide a good scrubbing because we were tracking grime onto our boat. The dock hose and spray head are quite old and dry rotted and they need replacement. It would also be nice if the dock pilings had rubber dock bumpers to protect tenants boats. The interior of the home was clean and big enough for a moderate sized family to call home for a vacation. Everything worked as it should and the linai and pool were a nice area to relax. The only other complaint would be the aged and worn out pots, pans and all utensils. Quick trip to Walmart would go a long way to properly outfit the kitchen. We’ve stayed in this home on multiple trips and will continue if it’s available on our travel dates so I don’t want it to sound like there’s a laundry list of issues. The list of deficiencies is actually small and easily can be addressed with a small investment and one day of attention.

The dock was a must and it turned out to be perfect. Easy to get in and out of the bays and gulf. Dolphins in the backyard. Quick trips to Keewaydin and Goodland. Home was immaculately clean, pool perfect at the end of the day, and the kitchen was the best I’ve ever had in a rental with loads of pots, pans, and pantry items. Thank you for a wonderful weekend away.

It has everything you need including 4 bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys, etc. there is also access to the dock. However, I would like to mention that the photos of the pool area are misleading. The photos show a beautiful privacy hedge around the pool, but there is NO privacy hedge or privacy between the pool and the neighbors. Photos should have been updated since the privacy hedge is gone. Pool area was not what we expected from the airbnb photos.

The layout is great and allows for privacy for the visitors with the master and guest bedrooms being in different wings. The views from the poolside rooms are awesome and the fact that some of Marco's best dining is within walking distance makes it that much better. We also rented a boat for a week and access to the waterways and great fishing was just minutes away. This is a home we will definitely stay in again. As for the management services, they are top shelf! The house was spotless, check-in after hours is a breeze and when we made a request it was addressed in minutes even on the weekend. MIVP is the VIP of vacation management and we will always look to them for our Marco Island needs! Thanks again Andrew and Elizabeth. See you again soon!

Fun in Marco!

We had a great time at this home for the week. We used the pool a TON and we loved watching for dolphins off the pier (4 sightings over the week!). Only downside was the next door neighbor completely renovating their yard and landscaping throughout the week which was loud and created a less than relaxing atmosphere by the pool. Not sure anything could have been done, but perhaps just bad luck/timing for our stay. Other note - there was no beach wagon, so we had to rent one. That would be an easy add by the owner to make vacations more seamless. But lots of pool floats/toys, we’ll stocked kitchen, etc.

We have been coming to Marco Island for several years and stayed in a variety of accommodations (hotel, condo, homes) and this house put all the others to shame. The location is perfect as we prefer Old Marco. You can walk to dinner every night. We were able to rent a boat for the week instead of having to turn one in each day we went boating. The pool was perfect to relax in after a day of boating. The beds were comfortable and the inside of the house is well maintained and extremely clean! We will definitely be booking this house for our future stays.

Absolutely Wonderful

The house is as beautiful as the pictures show. It was clean, comfortable beds, living room furniture comfortable, and the pool was bigger then the pictures show. The bathrooms are spa like. We brought a boat and used the dock which was perfect for our guys. Great location for shopping , food, and for the guys to get out fishing. You won't be disappointed at all.
