Realize your own vacation dreams when you reserve Gramp's Dream which is located very close to the beach access in Southern Shores. Dogs (2 max.) are welcome for early morning or evening walks on the beach (before 9:00am or after 6:00pm during the summer months).

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has an open floor plan which includes a living room with flat-screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen and island (6 counter stools) and a dining table (seats 8). There is deck access with ocean views and a screened porch with an outdoor table to enjoy the outdoors. This floor has 2 King Master Suites and each of its master baths has a shower/tub combo. There is a half bath is located near the kitchen. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
There are 4 bedrooms on this floor: a Queen Master Suite with a shower/tub combo in its master bath; a Queen bedroom which shares a bathroom (shower/tub combo) that is between the other bedroom that has a Pyramid Bunk and deck access. The fourth bedroom is a Master Suite with 2 Twin beds; it has a shower/tub combo in its master bath. The Lounge area has a kitchenette, comfortable seating, flat-screen TV and game tables, also with deck access to the front and back of the house with steps down to the pool deck.

GROUND LEVEL:
There are 2 outdoor showers and an outdoor bathroom. Everyone will enjoy spending time in the large private pool (16' x 33'), hot tub or sitting poolside while meals are prepared on the gas grill. There is a carport entrance and parking for 2 cars under the house and 3-4 vehicles can park in the driveway.

Gramp's Dream offers a membership to the Southern Shores Civic Association which features access to the Hillcrest parking lot, community tennis/pickleball courts, parks, and soundside water access.
