I am approaching this from the perspective of someone who owns 4 rental properties, so I prefer to always leave a good review if possible. First, the home was nice, in good condition, and in a convenient location. My only complaint on the structure was the floating floors were VERY loud and creaking, so was noisy when someone got up in the middle of the night. My biggest complaint was the communication. It started when I asked if there were TV's in the bedrooms and never received a response. I booked anyways thinking there probably were, but there are not. The only TV is a Wi-Fi one in the living room. This leads to the big issue that ruined our stay. There was no Wi-Fi. Two of us work off a laptop so this affected us working. The owner let us know there had been issues in the area, just not prior to the visit. So, they tried to repair the next day and we had one bar. his also made the TV inoperable. I received a credit of 50 of my 1400 visit. I asked to discuss a solution prior to posting this review and did not receive a response back. Again, I have multiple rental properties so have a background on this industry, but the host interaction was always very delayed or unresponsive. Communication always solves problems and creates the best experience

Perfect Location & Great Property

My partner and I had a great stay and loved the fact that we were within 2 miles of basically anything that we wanted to do in the downtown area, plus a ton of great restaurant options within walking distance. The property was exactly as advertised, really nice open floor plan, quiet reading room, nice kitchen that we used for all breakfasts and a dinner.

Great location and lots of space!

Two adult couples stayed here for 4 days. The house was even better than the photos and squeaky clean! There was a great coffee shop (Canary Inc.) next door and a very tasty Chinese place (Cooking Girl) right across the street. The location was on a quiet street and also close the the Museum District. We'll definitely stay here again.

Exactly as described. Comfortable beds and safe parking for vehicle(s). Very well-stocked. The only thought would be to add a full-length mirror somewhere in property.

Comfortable and roomy 2 bedroom

We were very happy with this rental and would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean and in great working order. The beds were comfortable and there were many nice touches, like snacks left for us, keyless entry, luxurious bath towels, etc. It is down the street from a very busy street but noise was not a problem. Our only small quibble is the throw blankets generate a lot of lint that gets on your clothes, which was annoying. I recommend replacing those.

I can’t rave enough about this property! We absolutely loved our stay and it felt like home! 1. The hosts are INCREDIBLY thoughtful and thorough. 2. The house is so very cute and CLEAN!!! It’s also well stocked with anything anyone would need. 3. The location!!! WOW! So close to so many great restaurants and the museum campus and so many other great experiences.

Tranquil and lovely

Layout is fantastic! Furnishings are high quality, attractive and minimal. Even with location so close to Montrose, the place was very quiet. Note to owner, we did struggle with the front door handle, two of us could not open it with multiple tries, we had to be let in by one of our party who had stayed behind to work.
