This location is ideal for business travelers attending conventions, corporate events, or exhibitions at the World Conference Center or America’s Mart. For sports fans, the Mercedes-Benz Stadium (home of the Falcons and Atlanta United) and State Farm Arena (home of the Hawks) are just a short walk away.

You’ll have full access to the entire condo during your stay—this space is completely yours to enjoy, so please make yourself at home. Relax in the living area, cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and unwind in the private bedroom.
For your convenience, a digital door code will be provided before your arrival, allowing for smooth and secure check-in. Once inside, you’ll also find a key fob that makes it easy to enter and exit the building throughout your stay.

Set on the 19th floor of historic Peachtree Towers, this condo is designed for both focused work and relaxed downtime. The living area adapts easily to your plans, with dimmable lighting to match the rhythm of your day. When you’re back from exploring, settle in with the HDTV with standard cable and streaming services, or wind down with the city lights outside.

Sleeps 6 across 2 bedrooms, with comfortable beds and quality linens for restful nights. A sofa bed provides additional space, making it easy to spread out after a busy day downtown.

You’ll have 2 bathrooms, refreshed with clean finishes and stocked with bathroom essentials to keep mornings simple - especially when traveling with family or friends. A bathtub adds a little extra comfort after a long day on your feet.

Kitchen and dining
A full kitchen gives you the option to cook and dine in when you’d rather stay cozy indoors. The dining table doubles as a spot for shared meals, planning the day, or switching up your work setup. Coffee is available to start your morning before you head out.

You’re in Downtown Atlanta’s Hotel District, walkable to the Georgia World Congress Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Centennial Olympic Park, World of Coca-Cola, and the Georgia Aquarium. Restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores are within a block, and both the Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations are about a five-minute walk for easy access to the airport and beyond.

Perfect for
This condo is a comfortable home base for work trips, events, sports weekends, couples, or small groups who want space and privacy without giving up a central Downtown Atlanta location.

Getting around couldn’t be easier. A surface parking lot is located directly next to the building, and a parking deck is just one block away. Limited street parking is also available, though it can be difficult to find during peak times. Please note: parking fees are not included with your stay and must be paid separately.

For those without a car, rideshare options such as Uber and Lyft are almost always available within 5 minutes and are very reasonably priced. Plus, with the Peachtree Center MARTA Station only a short walk away, you’ll have quick access to the airport and the entire Atlanta metro area.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.

PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
