Enjoy everything Aspen has to offer from this rare 4 bedroom condo in Aspen Central Core. Condo just received a face lift in June 2018: new countertops, new living room furniture/decor, updated tile on the fireplace, and fresh neutral paint throughout. Plus we added a washer/dryer IN the unit. Not to mention you are only a 3 block walk from City Market Grocery store, 4 blocks from the Little Nell hotel and 6 blocks from the Rubey Park transit center- which has all the free buses to take you around the valley and to the different ski areas. In the winter there is a free shuttle that will take you from the condo to the base of Aspen Ski Mountain or to the bus terminal. No need to walk around in your ski equipment! All the bars and restaurants are less than 10 blocks from the condo as well! Hiking and biking trails are nearby too. The complex also has its own swimming pool, which is heated in the winter! Parking is easy as well. Plus a cozy wood burning fireplace for those chilly winter nights!

The four bedrooms are spacious. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed, Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, Bedroom 3 has a King bed, and Bedroom 4 has a queen bed.

This is the perfect unit for families with kids, or for your next couples retreat or just getting together with friends for a great time in Aspen.

**Please note my updated policy regarding cancellations.**. Effective beginning Nov 1, 2020 - Sept 30 2021

The cancellation policy on this property is "Firm" which is as follows: Full refund for cancelations before 60 days from your check in date. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 30 days of your check in date will not receive any refund. I will not be making any special exceptions for Covid- 19 related cancellations. *Unless- all 4 of the Aspen/Snowmass ski areas shut down or if Pitikin county goes into a full lock down and/or bans travel into the area.* Should you need to cancel for any reason, I will help you either rebook the dates to a later time or I will offer a refund once I am able to fill your dates with another group. For this reason, if you are concerned about the risks associated with booking trips during these uncertain times, I highly recommend looking into Travel Insurance that will allow you to cancel for any reason.

Great Aspen Apartment

Our recent stay was excellent! Very well stocked with everything you could need from kitchen,bath, and bedroom. Short walk to the city market as well as all the downtown aspen locations. Parking was a little difficult but it was also and insane weekend for Aspen F&W. Jennifer was a great host to deal with as well.

Fabulous Aspen family vacation

We were traveling with our 3 adult children and their SO’s. The condo was clean, the bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need. Walkable to everything downtown with the benefit of a shuttle for transporting skis. The owner was very accommodating and the property managers were very helpful. The pool was fabulous and was truly at hot tub temperatures. We will definitely be back! Thank you Jennifer!

This condo was a very comfortable place with cute, updated decor. It's a perfect location for exploring Downtown Aspen. It's well stocked with appliances, spices, dishes, etc. I'm kind of picky about pillows, comforters and shower heads/pressure but I was pleasantly surprised. The bed was super comfortable as were the comforter and the pillows. I'm sure the other rooms were the same. The shower in my bathroom was wonderful - a great showerhead with high water pressure which made for the best showers. Jennifer, the host, offered the most efficient and quick communication from the time we booked until the time we checked out. She's an excellent host! We all hated to leave! I highly recommend this property. We had 7 people in our party and the space was more than adequate. There's also a pool which we didn't even have the chance to use, but a nice extra.

This condo is walking distance to everything- great location. The unit itself is very nice and was comfortable for 8 of us. The owner was very helpful and accessible during our stay.

Great Aspen stay

Our family enjoyed staying in Aspen for 3 nights. The location of the place is great, just a short walk to town. Everything was clean and communication with the owner went well. The common space is a little tight for 7 people but overall we had a great stay.

Great Ski Week at Clean and Convenient Condo

This very spacious and comfortable 4 bedroom condo was perfect for our group of five. Communications with the host was great. She was very responsive, and checking into the condo was a breeze. We are already planning our return trip next year. While very convenient and walkable, the Silverglo condo also provides a free shuttle to the gondola and bus station.

Fabulous 4 bedroom condo close to everything in downtown Aspen.
