Walk next door to Golf Pro Shop and across the street to Beach Club and Pools. Newly-decorated villa including all new baths, granite countertops, full kitchen and full dining room. The unit has a spacious shaded deck overlooking number ten tee for relaxing and entertaining after golf or a day at the beach. The deck features a bar and a cafe-style table with adequate seating for eight to nine guests. The Master Bedroom features a King-sized bed and brand new private bath. The suite has a large walk-in tile shower in the bathroom with an additional dressing vanity. The second suite offers a Queen-sized bed with a tub/shower combination adjacent to the dressing vanity and bedroom. There are three new HD TVs as well as a stereo CD player in the living room along with free WiFi and Cable Services. A queen-sized sleeper sofa with built-in aero-mattress is available in the living room for additional sleeping. The unit is child and pet-friendly.

We had a great stay, despite the rain and strong winds on most days. The apartment itself was extremely well-equipped and exceptionally clean. The basic essentials provided were very useful. The host was super friendly and responsive. The location is excellent, close to the club, the pool, and the beach walk set. We definitely recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We have been to Seabrook many times but had never stayed at the Atrium. The condo was great- very clean and well equipped. The furnishings were comfortable and I think the appliances were all new. If you aren’t familiar with Seabrook, the Atrium is directly across from the beach and the resort pool plus an ocean front restaurant. From this condo you can sit on the large balcony and watch the ocean. I would highly recommend this condo and will try to rent it in the future.

Christmas Vacation

We always love coming to the Island and spending Christmas is nice trip. The unit was cozy and easy accessible to the beach. It had all the comfort and charm. The nicest touch was the swans made from the towels on the beds , they were to beautiful to destroy so we placed them on the dresser. I would highly recommended staying here

Nice stay at a great price

A really nice and surprisingly big condo. Lots of seating for when we had extended family over for dinner. The master bedroom and bed is very comfortable, and the shower in the master bath is great! Certain things could use some upgrading, but overall, it was a very nice stay and lovely condo...It was so nice being so close to the pool and to the shorter boardwalks, and we very much appreciated the all-access amenity card! (Club pool, lake house pool, and gym). We'd easily stay here again! Thank you for a lovely week!

The place was amazing and the view was spectacular.

I picked the perfect place without realizing the Reception was right across from us. The view was amazing, the complex was beautiful and a lot to do in walking distance. My husband absolutely loved playing golf there. The young adults loved playing golf too and hitting balls. The neighbors across the back of the patio were so extremely friendly. If we go back they would like us to contact them. I have nothing bad to say.

Needs some TLC

We felt we had to wash the covers on the bed, they had stains all over. Needs a good cleaning, no broom available to sweep the floor. Also the elevator was out a week before we arrived and it was still out when we arrived. Had to carry everything up two flights of stairs. Would have been nice to know with the option to cancel. Luckily we are healthy and it was no problem. But we did see an older couple that could not do stairs.

Long weekend with kids

Lovely place and amazing location

We had a great stay at this condo. The location is A+++, right across from the pool and the ocean, with lovely views of the golf course. Given previous reviews, I was a little worried about the condition of the condo itself but these were allayed as soon as we walked in the door. Its decor won't win the Instagram Olympics but it is very clean and comfortable. Also, we cooked a lot and found everything we needed in the kitchen.

Fun vacation

We always Love coming to Seabrook but the property needs a serious update and deep cleaning. I'm wondering if the owner knows how the cleaning staff leaves it. Bring blankets because the only ones are the old spreads on beds. Cabinets and drawers are filthy so we had to put everything in dishwasher before using. It's very well stocked. We were very disappointed with the new towel policy. Personal towels are not allowed in pool anymore. You must RENT them for 5.00 per towel per day. Amenity card is included with this rental so that's a huge plus. Overall our stay was great.

We are both Miami University (Ohio) Alumni and currently live in Knoxville, TN. We have two grown daughters and a beloved English Setter named Mikey. We both love to play golf with friends but are not especially great competitors. We stay active in our spare time and love the Beach for relaxation.

Why they chose this property

We purchased our Atrium Villa at Seabrook because we fell in love with Seabrook and the Atriums the first time we saw them. We love to play golf and relax on the beach...our idea of a great vacation. Add to the immediate surroundings of Seabrook, the fact that the city of Charleston is only a few miles away we feel that we have the perfect combination. The longer we have our Villa, the more we find to enjoy. Seabrook Islanders even love and welcome pets. We are so happy, we just have to share our joy with people who seem to enjoy the same atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

The two things we love most about our villa are the HUGE deck which is shaded in the afternoon and evening with ocean breezes and the big dining room that easily seats six (or more) not only for meals but family activities and games.
