Wonderful Stay
I had such a lovely weekend here. The home and property were immaculate and gorgeous, and it truly felt like I was staying in my own private forest. Hosts were very friendly and communicative. I hope to return soon!

What a beautiful home!
We spent Thanksgiving in this home to be near some family in the area. It is a real home: well-stocked, well-loved, unique. The setting is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the kitchen, which had a great offering of utensils and pots and pans, as well as an inviting table for hanging out. We also loved sitting by the fire on chilly nights in the beautiful great room. Everything in the house worked, and Peggy supplied us with detailed instructions on every aspect of the house as well as a warm welcome. This was a great find.

We built our dream home in Salisbury from the ground up -- then got jobs in California! We love summer by our private pond and hiking the Adirondack trail nearby and spend as much time as we can here when we're not in Mill Valley CA.

Why they chose this property

This is our own Walden Pond. There's nothing better than rolling off the dock into the spring-fed lake on a hot summer day and following it up with a BBQ on our back patio. We love entertaining and have made sure to allow plenty of room for guests and their families.
