12 persons maximum, kids included.

Beachfront vacation home designed with comfort and functionality, in a typical coastal home décor. The decoration reminds the presence of the sea on all floors. Broad sea views on all floors.
2 living rooms including a library with TV area, 5 large bedrooms, two with sea views, 3 bathrooms, and 4 bathrooms, 3 terraces and a south facing garden protected.

This weekend family home offers many vacation benefits that I wanted to share with more people.
Sure that its location is easy for the Belgians, English or even the people of the North of France, and that this house offers an ideal setting for all those who are hungry for regatta sports, autumn walks along the beach, carnival discovery, or seaside time for families looking for a beach at one hour from the Lille metropolis.

The direct proximity of the beach of Malo-les-Bains is the highlight of this house.
This house with 3 floors allows to offer a favorable provision for the occupation of a single couple or two families or friends up to 12 people.

Linens are available for an additional fee of €25 per person.

End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. An additional cleaning service can be requested for an extra charge.

A well presented property

3 generations of us stayed for 7 nights. Great for the children to be so near to the sea. Property over 4 floors so perhaps not ideal for very young children. Spacious living and dining area. Top floor shower drainage was poor and a garage provided for one car but parking a second was challenge during the day but no issues at night. Overall, a good property.

Großartig!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Lagune war einfach traumhaft! Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause, und die direkte Lage am Strand ist perfekt, um jederzeit schwimmen zu gehen oder auf der Promenade zu flanieren.Besonders praktisch war die Garage, in der wir unser Auto sicher unterstellen konnten. Für unser zweites Auto fanden wir problemlos einen Platz auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz. Ein toller Bonus: Das Parken und Busfahren in Dünkirchen ist kostenlos!Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, und wir können die Villa nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank an den Besitzer Eric und an unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, Marie, für die herzliche Betreuung.-----Notre séjour à la Villa Lagune était absolument magnifique ! On se sent tout de suite comme chez soi, et l'emplacement direct sur la plage est idéal pour se baigner ou se promener sur la digue à tout moment.C'était très pratique d'avoir le garage pour garer notre voiture en toute sécurité. Pour notre deuxième voiture, nous avons facilement trouvé une place sur un parking public. Un grand avantage : le stationnement et les bus sont gratuits à Dunkerque !Ce furent des vacances très réussies, et nous ne pouvons que recommander chaleureusement la villa. Un grand merci au propriétaire Eric et à notre personne de contact sur place, Marie, pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Wieder schön!

Wir ( 4 Pasre) waren zum 3. Mal dort. Es war wieder sehr schön. Die Lage direkt an der sehr schönen Promenade und der tolle Blick auf‘s Meer ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Restaurants und Supermarkt sind ebenso fußläufig erreichbar wie das Museum für moderne Kunst am Hafen. Wir kommen wieder

Der Blick aus dem Küchenfenster - einfach unvergesslich

Unser Aufenthalt in Malo-les-Bains war herrlich. Das Haus hat der Beschreibung entsprochen und die Blicke aus dem Küchenfenster und dem oberen Wohnzimmer sind einmalig. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was für genüssliche Mahlzeiten mit der ganzen Familie benötigt wird. Die Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer über 3 Etagen verteilt ist prima. Der vor der Haustür liegende Strand lädt ein zu unendlichen Strandspaziergängen, Joggingrunden und Strandspielen. Aber selbst im Oktober konnten wir mit der Picknickdecke am Strand sitzen und die Sonne genießen. Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung, z. B. an die Steilküste nach Sangatte und Escalle sind sehr empfehlenswert. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt und wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

Avons passé un très agréable séjour avec nos enfants et petits enfants dans cette villa située sur la digue de malo. La villa, très bien équipée, spacieuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, calme... est aussi proche des commerces et transports en commun! Chacun de nous a apprécié cette semaine en famille!

Excellente semaine pour la 3 année consécutive . Très belle maison spacieuse vue mer , très agréable ,très bien équipée .A l’arrière ,terrasse et jardin avec grande table familiale . Quelle belle semaine que nous avons passée dans votre maison décorée avec gout et idealement située sur la digue et avec une vue absolument géniale! Sortir et être sur la plage de sable fin, marcher au bord de mer ou faire un Baptême de longe côte, c est la détente assurée ! Maison très bien équipée. (juste 1 peu de lumière ds la sdb du 3ème et un verrou) chambres confortables et literie parfaite, jardin mignon protégé du vent du nord! Merci à notre hôte de nous faire profitez de ce bien et merci a la dame qui nous a acceuillie.

Wir hatten einen super tollen Urlaub in Dunkerque. Das Haus und die Lage des Hauses sind wundervoll. Die Räume sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Die vier Kinder im Alter von 3 bis 8 Jahren hatten viel Freude mit der großen Duplo-Kiste und dem eigenen "Spielzimmer". Ich vermisse den Ausblick von der Küche und den Schlafzimmern direkt auf das Meer. Ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.

Super vacances familiales !

Maison très agréable que j’ai loué pour la 2 année consécutive . Idéalement située , très bien équipée , très agréable , et proche de l’école de voile pour mes petits fils de 6 et 8 ans, Planche à voile et catamaran pour les adultes . Malo est une station dynamique et sportive . Plage magnifique , et temps inouï cette année en mer mer du Nord . Gym tous les matins sur la digue front de mer pour moi . Etc.. etc…. tous nos repas ont été pris dans le « petit « jardin très agréable également .

Wunderbare Woche am Meer

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche am Meer mit der ganzen Familie. Drei Generationen haben den Urlaub genossen. Den Strand direkt vor der Haustüre, viel Platz im Haus, ein Bad auf jeder Etage und eine Küche mit allem was man braucht. Das Haus ist hell, geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Ausblick auf Meer und Strand wunderschön. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter lässt sich hier entspannen und erholen! Einziges Manko - wofür die Eigentümer aber ja nichts können - das Stahlwerk. Am Ende des Strandes ist ein rießiges Stahlwerk, das bei ungünstigem Wind eine dunkle Wolke über den Strand weht. Weiteres Plus ist der fußläufige Supermarkt!

Großartiges Haus in Malo-les-Bains

Wir haben eine Woche im Herbst mit der Familie dort verbracht. Das Haus liegt ganz bezaubernd direkt an der Promenade (La Digue) mit fantastischer Aussicht auf das Meer. Es ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, die Betten sehr gut. Die Umgebung lädt zu langen Spaziergängen, Radtouren und Erkundungen ein. Eric Thirion war ein sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

I come from northern France. My family are fond of Malo-les-Bains. Charmed by the lands bordering the North Sea, I wished to set foot in a house offering exceptional panorama of the long beaches. An architect by profession, I extensively renovated this villa in 2004 in order to give it a comfortable air and post-modern architecture.
