Had a great time. Place was clean, as advertised and Casey (the host) was easy to connect with. Casey reached out in advance to give us a heads up on what route to get there to avoid some slippery roads coming from one direction - much appreciated.
Very nice home with all the amenities to be comfortable and enjoyable. Peaceful surroundings. Very comfortable bed. The host is very responsive. Excellent overall stay. Would highly recommend. Myra M.
Great VRBO with a super cute vibe. Our small group had plenty of space to relax, sleep, eat, and cook. Host’s communication was on point and they were very accommodating/understanding with a last min housing situation we had. Will definitely look this vrbo up next visit to Fairbanks and recommend it to friends.
Cozy home with lots of charm; exceeded my expectations
We stayed a full week and the house had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Lots of screened windows which was perfect for letting in fresh air. Onsite laundry was convenient. Only about a 15-20 min drive to town and totally worth it to experience this quiet neighborhood. The host was quick to answer questions and is very generous to offer such a beautiful property to rent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.
We had a great 4 night stay and would have been happy to stay another week or two at this beautiful, secluded home in the forest. It was perfect for our family of 3, a perfect base to rest and relax while zipping around Fairbanks in the summer.
Great collection of vinyl albums, Excellent lounging space, wide open kitchen, and very comfortable. The owner was a great communicator and we had an awesome stay. Perfect!

Come back anytime! Can’t promise you’ll get same blue skies though 🤯
The house and area where it was situated was just what we were looking for! The woods surrounding the house was so beautiful and peaceful. It was definitely a home away from home. The house was clean, cozy and fully stocked with everything a home would need. The king size bed upstairs was very comfy! Casey, our host was a very nice guy and easy to communicate with. He promptly answered all my messages before, during and after our stay. I highly recommend renting this property and we will be back again to see the Northern lights during the season!

Excellent kitchen, spacious deck, comfy bedrooms, cozy tv area, etc.
The open floor plan, kitchen, living , dining, opening onto gorgeous deck with firepit is delightful! The kitchen is awesome, great lighting! We cooked several meals and found everything we needed, very nice space at the counter and lovely dining table!
Lovely upstairs space, windows offer beautiful views of forest and beyond. Very comfortable bedroom, great shower, etc etc, also enjoyed the tv nook, and a nice library of vinyl, movies (and books). Enjoyed a few albums, very cool collection, thanks!
All in all, lovely home, thanks for sharing! Great communication!
Would love to stay again in the near future!

The perfect guests! Very courteous, quiet, self sufficient and clean. Communication was successful and there we no surprises! Welcome back anytime. Thx
Located in the foothills about 15 minutes south of Fairbanks. Lovely, peaceful property. Feels isolated but plenty of other properties around. I went in Sept and as the leaves fell off the trees neighbors were revealed, but very quiet for the most part. I could hear the airport on very quiet nights but only when the weather wasn't the greatest. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Bunk beds for an adult not so much, but there is a pull out couch in the living room that we never used. House has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Only disappointment was a wood stove that we couldn't use. The heater works perfectly well, but a couple of gray days that a wood stove would have been very cheery, but hosts asked that it not be used. Deck is huge, with a firepit. Parking is ample. Never met the hosts, but we communicated via text and they were very accommodating. I absolutely recommend this property.
Good clean property. The only downside, the windows in the master bedroom didn't have blackout curtains or blinds. The master bedroom did have curtains but not blackout or even enough panels to fit how wide the windows were so sunlight was always shining in the room (summer midnight sun). Coming from the lower 48 it was very difficult to sleep without either blinds or blackout curtains in the room. Other than that it was a great property with easy check-in, very clean, lots of games and entertainment and great location.
This home was in the perfect location and was equipped with everything you would need. Beds were comfortable. Very nice place to stay, I highly recommend and will be booking the location on my next trip to Alaska.
Very nice and very clean. I king bed and a set of bunk beds. I know my friend would have been happier with a different bed but I had the king and it was great lol
