Quaint and Tranquil
Welcome to your separate entrance, private and secure studio. This studio is on the lower level / basement of a house.  Enjoy coffee or a nightcap in your private courtyard.  Slumber sweetly in a queen size bed, which sleeps two or rest from a long day of activities in the living room area. Feel just like home in your private bathroom. Amenities include refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, Wifi, cable, parking at end of owners driveway.

Upon request, an air mattress attached to a bed frame extends the area to sleep four.

Overall stay was excellent C was very responsive and she made our stay very accommodating the layout is nice and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful we will be visiting again soon she is absolutely amazing

Lovely comfortable stay

We had a very pleasant time staying at this spacious and bright studio with all the amentities we needed! Cynthia was also very responsive and proactive, which made everything run smoothly. We hope to stay here when we visit family again in the future🙂

Prep Baseball Tournament

Host was very easy to communicate with and very hospitable. The home is gorgeous, as is the entire neighborhood, and was centrally located for all of the ballparks my son played at. We enjoyed Red Top Mountain and Kennesaw Mountain during our downtime from baseball. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Practically perfect

This little getaway worked very well for my husband and me. Centrally located in a lovely neighborhood, it was clean with a very comfortable bed and other furnishings. Since the description did not specify that the refrigerator was a mini, we brought a few too many items, but we worked it out. There is no sink to wash dishes in other than the bathroom sink so we just purchased an inexpensive bin to use. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Just what we needed!

Drove from Kansas City to Acworth to visit family, and pickup my father’s motorcycle that he could no longer ride. This was the perfect place for us to go recharge after an overstimulating day! And was only a 15 minute drive from the family house. And other places my parents wanted to eat at that are their favorites. My partner and I felt very comfortable and we had everything we needed right there. I was even able to log in at the small desk provided to catch up of missed work emails. Thank you so much Cynthia! You helped create a wonderful stay.

If your traveling to Atlanta,the house is in a lovely neighborhood,just minutes from all attractions and the ball park be it perfect game or Sun Trust,highly suggest this property,not to mention the owner was a absolute joy made us feel like we were home.
