AMAZING 4 BR home w NEW pool & sunken fire pit!!!

Our beautiful home is recently furnished to host 1 or 2 families with its ample spaces, huge backyard, and brand new Pool w summer kitchen & sunken fire pit. Additional Community pool and park are just a couple of blocks away with a very nice shopping plaza nearby too with several restaurants and shops in beautiful Creekside Village within The Woodlands.

Modern eclectic decoration with a very cozy cabin-like feel to it. Open floor plan in bottom floor great for family dinners and interaction. Crib available for babies. Couch and extra floor mattresses can sleep 3-4 kids extra.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! A dream come true!

First time at The Woodlands and let me tell you this was a magical place! The whole area. But this neighborhood was just dreamy! Quiet, peaceful, magical! The house is beautiful! Great areas and just perfect in ever way! Oliver was amazing! Easy communication with him at all times! We felt literally at home! Walking distance from the HEB supermarket, coffee houses and 3 min drive from walmart! 15 min. Drive from “downtown” where you have the mall and market street! Eyes closed we would go back to the exact house! Amazing!

Spacious family home in Tomball Texas

Pros: The owners were very helpful and were easy to contact with a couple of minor issues we had. Four bedrooms with plenty of space to accommodate families or groups of 6 to 8 persons. New construction and major appliances. Open plan with nice kitchen island. Large back yard with bbq grill. Most kitchen accessories were available. Cons: The garage was locked and inaccessible requiring us to park our rental car outside. Master bedroom closets were locked and inaccessible. The owners personal items, such as clothes, scrapbooks, knickknacks, children’s toys etc... filled most drawers and cabinets throughout the house. The owners had their own food in a portion of the refrigerator, most of the freezer, and pantry. We were advised not to use their food stuff with the exception of condiments (salt and pepper). The house is a good 20 minutes drive to the Woodlands Mall and/or highway 45 without traffic. The neighborhood is under construction with new houses being built all around.
