This beautiful cabin is dog-friendly, features air conditioning, ping pong, and a private hot tub.



The Space:

6 Big leaf is the absolute perfect private vacation home! This two-story, air-conditioned home includes four bedrooms and three full baths. The primary suite is located downstairs with a queen bed. The three additional bedrooms are located upstairs. Perfect for multigeneration families. Two rooms each include a queen bed, and one room has two sets of twin bunks.



Great for enjoying the quiet surroundings Sunriver has to offer. Located close to the Fairways of the Woodlands Golf Course, a short distance to Fort Rock Park and a bike ride to the Sunriver Marketplace. Vacationing on Big Leaf Lane offers easy access in and out of Sunriver and around the community. Big Leaf has access to 35+ miles of paved walking/bike paths. Pet friendly and complete with many different entertainment options; from high-definition cable, to DVD’s, Wi-Fi and a large library of books, and a ping pong table in the garage.



The large open great room includes a brand-new sectional couch, an additional seating area behind the living room to read a book or play a board game. The kitchen offers everything you need to cook meals and the dining area has plenty of space for a large group of 10. Additionally, you will find outdoor seating available on the back deck, with a BBQ and private hot tub.

Location was amazing! Plenty of room for everyone. The bikes hot tub, and Ping pong table were a real “hit”! Very comfortable home with just about everything we needed! I wish we would have known that no personal items (shampoo, bath soap, lotion) were not provided as we could have brought our own.

Super Property

Our group (ages 2 - 68) all enjoyed our stay. It was so peaceful and near all we wanted to do: walk, hike, swim, shop. Access to Bend was good with all the restaurants and activities but it was extra-nice to come back to our home-away-from-home to rest up for our next jaunt. I highly recommend this property. It's clean, well-stocked, and spacious.

Ended up not bringing our pets, but it was pet friendly and they even provide you a dog dish, ball, poop bags and a treat to keep! The only slightly negative thing is the dryer belt is going out so it’s extremely loud if you use their dryer and it does not dry well, the house is a little dirty, walls and baseboards could use a good deep clean, but overall it did not affect our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! House was big enough for all of us (9 people) and was a great family home. I would highly recommend staying here! A few small things to nitpick would be the washer/dryer need some repairs (sounds like a heard of elephants going through the house and doesn’t dry very well) and a big stock pot would be great (and maybe an electric skillet). But those are small things. Overall we all loved the property!

It would be nice to have access to the pool if we have to wait until 4:30pm to check in.The TV didn’t work no matter which controls were tried. The A/C could not keep the house any cooler than 78. There was hair on the floors and in the showered. Yuck!

Beautiful home. All beds very uncomfortable. Washer and dryer are very loud and do not work well. Dishwasher was full of dishes upon arrival. Lots of dog hair on couch. Walls dirty with human hair and what looks like boogers. Would not rent this house again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week, loved the hot tub. Could have used some larger beds as we had two people over 6'4" and the beds were short. Kitchen needed a few more items such as a large pan for cooking spaghetti. We ended up buying new wisks and pizza cutter for the house as the ones provided were broken. It would have been nice if you provided antibacterial soap during this time. Two of the bikes did not work well,house could use a deep carpet clean but overall we liked it and the location.

Beds were comfortable and they provide quality linens and towels. The check in process was convenient and staff friendly, but the check out time was earlier than expected... 10:30am. The house was generally clean, but the screen doors were busted out, and there was some wear and tear on the home that could be improved. It definitely feels a little dated and "lived in". The hot tub was the highlight of this home - large and newer - but the hot tub service scared the life out of us as we had no warning they were coming in the back yard.

We've been coming to Sunriver since 1988 and we felt disappointed with all the new rules, such as not being able to get out at the Marina when floating and the inability to park on any of the roads to get closer for family with mobility issues.

Unforturnaley, Sunriver Home Owners Association changed those rules in late 2018 to private and only for home owners. We are not happy with this either and want to extend our apologizes. The best place to put out your floats or watercraft is at the Harper Bridge. I hope that this doesn't stop you from coming back to Sunriver and Village Properties! Best regards, Tracy.

The floors were not mopped and the carpet had several dirty spots on it in different rooms. Vacuuming along the baseboards is very needed. The toilet in the master bedroom upstairs runs. It needs the inside replaced. They're rusted. All of the bathroom sinks drain slow.

The house was a bit dated but functional.A couple of issues: the washer is extremely loud and the dryer doesn’t work well. It may need to be replaced or serviced.

Great house - not perfect, but nice and comfortable

Pros: - Allowed pets - Good internet bandwidth (two remote workers and two kids on Zoom all day, no problem) - Looked and felt clean (especially important in Covid times) - Great sleeping spaces for kids - Well-maintained hot tub - Nice location Cons: - Couch was comfy in spots, worn to the point of falling through in other spots - Beds were adequate (but not super comfy) - I think only one of the 4(?) bikes was actually rideable, and just barely. In all, it wasn't a premium place to stay, but we WERE perfectly comfortable and able to thoroughly enjoy our extended stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house for our family. It had plenty of space (we didn’t even use 2 bedrooms bc kids wanted to share the bunk room). I loved having the couches separating the room so the kids had a play area while adults could read/watch tv and not have to be bombarded with puzzles Ans board games. I loved there were a few board games there and if you like to read, there is a ridiculous amy of books. Hot tub was great. We had plenty of snow and walking around the area on that path was super fun. I wish we woulid have tried the bikes but it was icy. They had 4 adult bikes so we would have had to rent 2 kid ones in town but didn’t since it was so snowy. The only downside that I wish the kitchen had a few more items that are often at other vacation rentals such as foil, zip lock bags or a few storage container for left overs or things that are opened, scissors, and spices (they did have salt & pepper). Not a big deal but would have been nice. I appreciated the washer and dryer and a small bottle of soap so we could wash a few things since we were there for 8 days. We will be back and would gladly stay her again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place, no qualms with unit whatsoever for Big Leaf Lane 6. Great hot tub and really liked the gas fireplace.But beware of the neighbor's in units 5 and 36. Two grumpy territorial old men. One threatened to call the cops on me because someone in our party backed his truck over a snow. Not a mailbox, or a light post, but a small $1 wooden stake used as a marker for the snowplows. I replaced it, but the old grump couldn't even be talked to, let alone reasoned with to fix the wrongs. I mean how hard is it to replant a stake in the ground after all? If you have normal kids who like to play football or ride bikes, just be mindful and pick another property. We've been renting in Sunriver for three decades now, this is the first two unpleasant folks we've encountered in that time. I dislike having to write a review like this, but don't feel right if I don't mention these two's attitude towards vacationers.

We were very disappointed with the bikes as we were only able to adjust 1 to fit me. 1 of the 4 was totally broken and the other 2 we couldn't adjust to fit my husband so he couldn't ride with me. The barbecue was filthy and we couldn't get it to heat past 200 degrees so we had to remove or food and cook it inside. The fan on the stove sounded like it would blow up so we couldn't use it. We did notify management before we left of the bike, stove fan and barbecue problem. The yard could use a work to make is nicer as I would have better enjoyed reading out on the deck. For the price I would have hoped for better bikes, barbecue and yard. Our little dog had a blast though and made herself right at home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything in the house was dated, and not in great condition. For example, the stove vent fan could not be run because 3 of the 5 blades were missing. The outside grounds were not maintained, so the dogs had to walk through high weeds. The back deck needed work as nail heads were exposed. The best day of this house was when it was completed.
