This 1 bed, 1 bath condo on the second floor offers all the conveniences of home in a great location making it the perfect getaway! The unit features a functional and fully equipped kitchen with granite counters tops, refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, flat surface cook top and self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, newly renovated bathroom.
The spacious living room has a comfortable queen size sofa sleeper with new ultra memory foam mattress and a flat screen TV with basic cable. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable, queen size bed with new mattress to help unwind after a glorious day at Vanderbilt Beach.

High Speed Wi-Fi Internet throughout.

Vanderbilt Palms offers covered parking and a roof-top pool, spa and sauna with magnificent views of the Naples Bay.

The property is only a short walk from Vanderbilt Beach and the Ritz Carlton, surrounded by walking and biking trails, public library, tennis courts within walking distance to shops and fine dining.

I knew that construction was taking place in the area, but was not aware How Early each day you would get noise. The Condo is located 50 yards from the Main Construction Trailers for the Ritz Carlton Condo Project. Each Morning at 6:45 A.M. you could hear Workers arrive and Activity begin. Not easy to sleep in. Location is nice near Vanderbilt Beach, but it's not easy to sleep in and relax. This situation should be made more specifically described in the Listing.

We loved the peace and quiet yet so near the beach and amazing food. This place was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the view of the bay from the patio. Highly recommend this place and we want to return.

Great stay!!! Close to beach, condo supplied cart, chairs, towels for beach. Covered parking, close (upto couple miles) to everything you would need. Would recommend to all looking for ease and comfort!!!

We Love Naples!

We love staying in Naples so close to the beach! It was a little noisy with the construction but we knew about that ahead of time. Just disappointed that we lost that water view off the balcony!

Clean comfortable unit in great location

Unit was clean, in great location, near to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen fully stocked and ready to cook. Publix is nearby driving distance. Enjoyed beach chairs, umbrella and cart, all in excellent condition. Veiw of a channel from the balcony is great , a we watched birds and even dolfines playing. In the water.

It was a seven day stay in paradise. My friends and I enjoyed all aspects of the area.

I was a bit apprehensive about the construction going on around the property, but was pleasantly surprised that for me there wasn’t any negative impact. This property is amazing. The owner and property manager were over the top accommodating my needs. I highly recommend it to all who wish to enjoy the beauty of Naples and the amazing Vanderbilt Beach. Can’t wait to go back. Excellent location. Close walk to Vanderbilt Beach

Very Good. Thanks Chris. It was very helpful to have beach towels, beach chairs and beach towels provided. Only slight negative comment was that it would have been nice to know there was construction going on during our stay, which made it a little loud in the mornings.
