Welcome to one of the most sought-after homes in Las Palmas Resort, located in sunny St. George, Utah. This newly remodeled, spacious and beautifully maintained three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo offers everything you need for a memorable getaway with family or friends.
Inside, you'll enjoy an open-concept layout, and a spacious patio that overlooks the St George valley, Santa Clara, Ivins, and Snow Canyon State Park—the perfect spot to relax. The home is fully furnished and features:
A king-size bed in the master bedroom

The Hub has several swimming pools including indoor and outdoor pools, diving pool, children`s pool, and hot tubs. Other amenities include tennis courts, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, Splash Pad, ping-pong tables, shuffleboard, full workout facilities which includes free weights, circuit training machines, elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, etc.

St. George is easy to navigate, and having your own vehicle is highly recommended for getting around and exploring the area. While SunTran (the city’s bus system) offers limited routes, most visitors prefer the flexibility of driving, especially for day trips and outdoor adventures.
Uber and Lyft are available, though wait times can vary—especially during busy weekends, holidays, or evenings. Taxis are limited but can be arranged in advance.
