Great place for kids

The property was clean. The pools were fun, our daughter had a blast as there were other families from our club softball team stayed at the same complex. Overall, we would definitely stay again as the property was close to everything.

Great Location

Perfect location for a group of rock climbers. Very close to the climbing and all of the basic shopping we needed. It was also a nice bonus to have access to the pools and hot tubs. We will probably be staying again soon.

The property was clean. It needs some touch ups ( painting, appliances, etc.). One of the beds felt like a gorilla left his impression it. Otherwise it was a good place to stay.

Great location!

Unit was a good size for 4 people and the complex had a lot of nice amenities. Furnishings and housewares in the unit were pretty old and run down such as an hole in a arm chair also the unit was not very clean upon arrival.. hairs in both showers, dusty and soiled surfaces throughout.

Not the ritz but does the job

Couches old and sagging in middle, kitchen utensils piece meal, kitchen appliances outdated, iron leaks, extra blankets pretty weak, no kitchen table for games or eating, but found a fold up table in the closet to use. Not enough TP or paper towels for the week stay, but overall descent little experience. On the ground level, close enough to the pool, quick exit to the main road, and an incredible view from the patio. Just don’t expect the ritz and you’ll be fine.

A bit misleading, OK overall

The unit isn't nearly as light and bright as the pictures depict and is in need of more substantial updates than new throw pillows etc. I would also agree with the other guest that complained about the mattresses, they seemed pretty shot, especially if you have any sort of back issues. The communication and location was good, though.

Recently remodeled, great AC, but ceiling was leaking from upstairs unit.

The place seems to be recently remolded, except for the bathrooms and kitchen. We didn't use the kitchen, but seemed fine. The bathrooms are fine as well, and overall our stay would've been great, except for getting leaked on in our bathroom, but potentially the bathroom in the upstairs unit. Also, the fridge seemed to be leaking as well, but it could've been from the upstairs leak as well.

Great alternative to a hotel stay

While the place isn't huge, it was perfect for our family of 3 so my son got his own room and we didn't have to tip-toe around after bedtime like we would in a hotel. 2 bathrooms was a bonus. Yes the kitchen is dated, but it was clean and in good shape. At first this particular unit seems far away from all the amenities, but in the end it was actually a great location. It was in a quieter area and the patio faces away toward the valley, but it was a short walk to the clubhouse, which you need to go through to get access to the main cluster of pools. It would be helpful to have a property map inside the unit. We really liked the proximity to mountain biking - you can get a good ride in without having to drive to a trailhead.

Clean Condo

We spent three nights here during spring break and found it to be comfortable and as advertised. The condo is quite old but in good shape. The appliances are old but seemed to function ok. The reason for three out of five stars is mostly due to the pools and other amenities. The pools are supposedly heated starting in mid March but they were too cold to stay in for more than a couple minutes. We enjoyed the pickle ball courts but they were really busy and some of the teenagers would hang out all day there apparently unaware others were waiting. Maybe setting time limits and rotating would be a good approach. The miniature golf shown in pictures no longer exists. We did other activities like hikes and nature walks and golfing so we still had a good time. As mentioned the condo was clean and comfortable but needs to be better stocked with more towels and consumables. If you are looking for a place to land after daily activities this may be what you are looking for and will work nicely for that.

St George Vacation

The unit was clean for the most part but there was mold around the caulking in the bathtub. There was no table and chairs for us to sit at. We were going to make Thanksgiving dinner but we had to go out because there was no where to eat. The counter is not bi enough for 4 adults and food. We found a card table and chairs but it wasn't big enough. That was very disappointing. The couches tip over if you sit on the front of them and when you are trying to get up off of them. There was no coffee table or recliner. The TV would not work for regular TV we could only watch HULU. I would like to have watched the news. The covered hot tubs had so many people in them all the time so we could not use them. Our trip was fun but the unit we stayed in was not good. I would probably not recommend this place unless it was a last resort.

Filthy bathrooms and kitchen. Misleading description

The place is fairly roomy however no dressers to store any personal items. The bathrooms were filthy, they had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and the stench in the master bathroom was terrible. All the pots and pans are badly scratched non stick so they need to be replaced. Cutlery still had lipstick on it from previous guests. Coffee cups were stained. They talk about only leaving enough laundry soap and bounce dryer sheets for a weekend stay but there isn’t a washer and dryer there so the communication is very misleading. We tried to contact them about this but they didn’t respond to our text messages after we had checked in. Avoid a stay here, we would never go back.

**Meet Pam – The Trusted Expert Behind Dusk to Dawn Properties**

At Dusk to Dawn Properties, we understand that homeowners need more than just a property manager—they need a trusted partner. With Pam at the helm, our homeowners can rest easy knowing their investment is in the hands of someone who has spent her entire career delivering five-star hospitality experiences.

Pam brings over 18 years of professional experience with Wyndham Resorts, where she served in key roles including General Manager. Her deep-rooted background in hospitality—not just real estate—sets her apart in the vacation rental industry. While many property managers come from a sales background, Pam's career has been built on the operational side of the guest experience: managing housekeeping, front desk operations, maintenance, and full resort oversight.

After managing her own timeshares and experiencing the limitations of traditional vacation ownership, Pam recognized a shift in traveler preferences toward flexible, well-managed vacation rentals. She saw an opportunity to bring hotel-level service and professionalism to short-term rentals—and she built Dusk to Dawn Properties to do just that.

What makes Pam the ideal person to manage your home?

* **Professionalism You Can Count On:** Pam's years of resort management experience taught her that consistency, cleanliness, and safety aren't optional—they're non-negotiable. That's why she has implemented hotel-grade cleaning protocols, including professionally laundered linens through ALSCO. While most rentals rely on in-home laundry, Pam ensures every property meets commercial sanitation standards.

* **Guest & Owner Safety First:** From day one, Pam prioritized safety and liability protection for both guests and homeowners. She identified security gaps in traditional key or keypad systems and adopted advanced WiFi smart locks, allowing unique, time-restricted access codes for each guest and vendor. This modern approach enhances security and ensures complete accountability.

* **Attention to Detail:** Pam's commitment to maintaining a "baseline of cleanliness" ensures every home is restored to pristine condition after each stay. Her preventative maintenance protocols help protect each property's long-term value, avoiding the wear-and-tear issues that plague many vacation rentals.

* **Proactive, Not Reactive:** With vacation rental regulations evolving nationwide, Pam is always looking ahead. She ensures every home complies with emerging industry standards and exceeds guest expectations—from the first impression to the final clean.

* **A True Hospitality Professional:** Pam's industry certifications, board service experience, and hands-on leadership across multiple states have shaped her into a well-rounded expert. She's managed it all—housekeeping, maintenance, front office, and full resort operations—and she brings all of that knowledge to each property she manages.

Whether you're a guest looking for an exceptional place to stay or a homeowner seeking reliable, top-tier management, you'll benefit from Pam's unmatched expertise, integrity, and dedication. At Dusk to Dawn Properties, we don't just manage homes—we protect investments and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
