We all had a wonderful time staying at Françoise' property and exploring the region. It's a very relaxing property to come back to after a day exploring Nîmes or Avignon. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful despite neither of us really speaking the others language fluently.The property was a little smaller than the pictures portrayed, but this wasn't much of an issue.As a wheelchair user I found the shower cubicle a little restrictive, and the shower wasn't very useable without assistance as it won't stay at an angle where the water aims at you !All in all though, a wonderful place, hosted by lovely people, and we had a great stay. Perfect relaxing villa

Our host was at the property when we arrived and showed us around. The villa was lovely and well stocked. The grounds and pool were great. It was very peaceful and private. A car is essential. We had a great stay here and will return.

Private small house, perfect location

Nice to have a good size garden/pool when you rent for just 2 or 4 people. Very well thought of house. You have everything you need. Warm hosts & close to so many nice spots to visit...a week was too short! Would love to go back! Thanks Françoise & Alain!

Beautiful house in an ideal situation.

This is a very well-equipped, comfortable and attractive house with a spacious garden and a welcoming pool. The owners met us on arrival and, although we did not speak a common language, everything was made clear. All facilities, including kitchen equipment, air-conditioning, television and internet worked well. The property is ideally situated for Nimes, Arles, Avignon, Les Baux, the Camargue and many lovely villages that make Provence and Languedoc such an atmospheric and delightful region to visit. It is possible to walk along the voie verte to Beaucaire and the Pont du Gard. We had an excellent stay.

Prime location to see all of Avignon/Arles/Pont du Gard etc

My husband and I enjoyed the rustic charm of this rental. We recommend it. Just the facts: Friendly hosts. Very comfortably furnished house with nice design touches and amenities like coffee pods and bathrobes. Spacious patio, yard and nice pool area with characteristic Mediterranean landscaping. More details: We are travelers from the United States. We speak some French. This area of France is largely agricultural, with some occasional industry. The Rhone river here is wide, with the major cities and towns along it but often with fields on either side. This house is located in one of these semi rural areas. The neighborhood is undistinguished, which does not prepare you for the nice surprise you receive when you drive up the cul-de-sac, through the blue gate and find the pretty house with patio and pool. Your hosts Françoise and Alain live adjacent, in a spacious upscale family compound. The house itself has a unique layout. The primary bedroom with bath and the living/dining area and kitchen, as well as a bedroom with twin beds, are on one level. A large barrier-free bedroom and bath are on a level three steps down. The two areas are connected by a utility room containing laundry facilities, a wine fridge and a wheelchair lift. We did not need the wheelchair access but enjoyed the spacious bathroom area in the lower level. It was autumn when we visited, so we did not use the pool. We often enjoyed sitting on the patio nearby. Peaceful and quiet at night.

Wir wurden schon freudig erwartet und trotz einer fehlenden gemeinsamen Sprache, war die Einweisung und Übergabe vollkommen problemlos. Meine mitgereiste Mutter (90) bewohnte die untere Ebene mit dem großzügigen Schlaf und Badezimmer. Es war wirklich komplett Rollator/Rollstuhl geeignet und sie konnte den Rollstuhl Lift einfach selber benutzen um in die Hauptebene zu gelangen.Dort war alles etwas kleiner als es die Fotos erwarten ließen, aber zu dritt war genügend Platz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wenn man mal von fehlenden (nur einem!) Topfdeckeln absah.Auch der Pool war mit 5,3 x 4 m nicht gerade groß, aber dennoch ausreichend um mittels eines Schwimmgurts ein paar Kilometer in ihm zu schwimmen ;-)Der Gartens liegt an einer Nebenstraße, direkt neben dem tollen Radweg auf einer alten Bahnstrecke. Es war himmlisch ruhig und der Poolbereich nur vom Nachbarhaus direkt einsehbar, das gerade aber renoviert wurde und daher unbewohnt war.Ein paar technische Probleme sollte/musste ich selber lösen, was ich bisher bei unseren Anmietungen so nicht gewohnt war.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Sehr netter Vermieter, hilft sofort beiProblemen. Das Haus verfügt über eine starkeKlimaanlage und einen tollen Pool. DasGelände ist eingezäunt in einer sehr ruhigenLage. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à comps. Quel bonheur de se retrouver loin de l'agitation dans cette maison accueillante. Tout est fait pour nous sentir comme chez nous, rien ne manque dans chaque pièce. La piscine et ses nombreux transats ainsi que les différents espaces aménagés a l’extérieur apportent un grand confort. Nous avons adoré nous balader sur la voie verte en pleine nature. La localisation permet de rayonner facilement dans les villes et villages alentours pour des visites.Le logement est parfaitement conçu et tout est pratique.Merci pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil , A bientôt :)

Perfekter Provence Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im sehr schönen und gepflegten Ferienhaus genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Pont du Gard, Nimes, Avignon, Arles, die Camarque etc. schnell zu erreichen. Insgesamt ein vielseitiger und erholsamer Urlaub.

Super séjour en famille

Nous avons passés deux semaines dans le logement. Les propriétaires sont adorables, et n'ont pas hésiter à nous aidez lorsque nous avions besoin. Logement trés bien équipé et très propre, nous avions tout ce qu'il fallait. Les pièces étaient spacieuses avec un certain standing (Suite parentale). Logement au calme avec le bruit des cigales ce qui nous ravient du début jusqu'à la fin de nos vacances. Espaces extérieurs superbes et très bien entretenues, avec piscine. Nous avons adorés séjourner au sein de cette maison, nous y reviendrons c'est une certitude. Je vous recommande à 100%

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir waren eine Woche in dem Haus, haben den Pool genossen und die Gegend angesehen. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Der Grill war sehr gut. Wir konnten den Aufenthalt genießen und haben uns gut erholt. In der Wohnung war alles, was für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Entspannte Ferien

Ein ganz idyllisch gelegenes Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort, wie man es selten erlebt. Großzügiger Außenbereich und sehr schöne Wohn-Einrichtung, zudem weitgehend barrierefrei. Außerdem sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Betreuung von den Vermietern. Kurz ein Ort, an den man gerne wiederkommt. Eine Woche war leider viel zu kurz... Carmen & David

Sehr gute, liebevolle und moderne Ausstattung, Fliegengitter vorhanden, manche Pfannen etc. könnte man viell. erneuern, sonst alles prima, super Pool, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Kommen gerne wieder!

agréable

cette propriété est au top pour une personne en fauteuil roulant ( il peut avoir accès à tout, une chambre climatisée avec salle de bain personnel). L'autre partie est aussi climatisée au top , une maison agréable pour séjourner en famille et entre amis.

Accessibilité - situation géographique

A la recherche d'une villa adaptée pour une personne handicapée, au calme, afin de pouvoir visiter les différents sites touristiques à proximité. Aucune surprise, à savoir que la villa est sur deux niveaux; une totalement accessible (suite parentale avec salle de bains) et un deuxième niveau (salon-séjour-cuisine)accessible à l'aide d'une plateforme élévatrice. Avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la saison avancée.

Die Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Städte (Avignon, Arles, Nîmes) sind in 30 Min. zu erreichen. Die Fahrt ans Mittelmeer 1 Std. Im sehr gepflegten,ruhigen Garten mit Pool kann man sich hervorragend erholen.

Toplocatie!

Niet enkel de vakantiewoning zelf was een topper, ook de omgeving was prachtig! Aan alles was gedacht, al wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig in de woning. We hebben met ons viertjes enorm genoten van het huis, de tuin, het zwembad en onze uitstappen naar Nîmes, Avignon, Les Baux-de-Provence en onze kanotocht naar Pont du Gard. De eigenaars waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
