About this property

On the ground floor, enjoy a large living area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, with a large dining room table open to the lounge, equipped with a TV.
A closed corridor leads to the bathroom with tub, independent restroom, and a laundry space.
Upstairs 1 large parental room, a small room with two bunk beds and a large bedroom with 1 double and 2 bunk beds and TV + channel decoder.
With an independent access from outside, above the garage, are two more double bedrooms with a second bathroom (shower and toilet).
The house is fully equipped, with bed linen, bathroom and beach towels provided. For cooking gas plancha, multi function robot, BBQ, coffee machine, microwave, rice cooker, etc.
Located in the heart of the village, less than 100m from the place du marché and shops, you will also have access to the harbor, beaches, restaurants and night bars located approximately 500m by small calm and quiet streets partly reserved for pedestrians.

Très bon emplacement

Très bon emplacement, de la place, pas besoin de voiture, quartier tranquille. Xavier est une personne accueillante et disponible. Très bon séjour .

Urlaub wie bei Freunden

Das Haus wird von der Familie des Vermieters auch selbst genutzt, es hat daher eine sehr persönliche Atmosphäre. Das Faible für Hummer ist allgegenwärtig, uns war nicht bewißt, was es alles zum Thema gibt. Vom Stofftier über die Zuckerdose bis zum Geschirrtuch. Bilder sowieso...Nachdem wir alle Küchenschwämme und die Klobürste erneuert und hier und da den Staub aus den Ecken gewischt hatten, war auch unser Bedürfnis nach Sauberkeit einigermaßen erfüllt. Pingelig darf man allerdings nicht sein. Das Haus bietet Platz für 12 Personen. Bei voller Besetzung müssen sich allerdings 8 Personen im Haupthaus ein (neu renoviertes) Bad teilen, das sich im Erdgeschoss befindet, die Schlafzimmer sind im ersten Stock. Die Betten sind sehr weich, wir haben trotzdem sehr gut geschlafen. Das Haus hat zwei Terrassen, man kann also immer zwischen Sonne und Schatten entscheiden und einen sehr schönen kleinen Garten, der umschlossen ist ( ideal mit Hund). Die Lage ist sehr gut. Bäckerei direkt um die Ecke, Strand 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Xavier ist ein sehr entspannter und netter Vermieter, der uns zur Begrüßung mit einer Flasche Wein und zwischendurch mit selbstgefangenem Fisch verwöhnt hat. Auch seine Tipps zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Aktivitäten waren sehr gut. Wer es also authentisch mag und es nicht klinisch rein braucht ist hier richtig. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Merci beaucoup!

Comme chez un ami !

Cette maison est atypique. Elle plaira à ceux qui aiment l’authentique, l’original, l’inhabituel. Que ceux qui aiment les maisons « IKEA » passent leur chemin. 😉 Cette grande maison a une âme. Elle est habitée. Elle vit. Et elle est très bien équipée pour la cuisine et quotidien. De plus, elle est bien placée près des commerces et environ à 500 m du port et de la plage. Venus pour régater au Yacht Club de Treb, nous avons passé 10 jours délicieux. Seuls, les oreillers sont un peu mous et petit effort pour la WiFi qui permettrait de sauver les forfaits… ! 😊 Merci à Xavier, l’hôte, pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Maison coup der coeur

On est tres content d'avoir ete chez XavierAlexandre. La maison est un coup de coeur, amenagee plein de gout bien vivant et tres vivable meme pour une grande famille der 11 personnes comme la notre. La proximite des beaux plages, du marché et des magazins nous a rendu le sejour bien facil. Merci, et esperant a une prochaine fois, Jeannette et famille

Charmante maison .... Merci Xavier

C'est une très jolie maison à Trebeurden idéalement situé car à moins de 30 min de Perros Guirec, Ploumanach, Trégastel.... Une fois la voiture posé, on peut se rendre au port et à la plage à pied. l'endroit est calme et paisible. La maison est grande, mignonne, accueillante, pleine de bibelots que son propriétaire a du chiner à droite et à gauche et qui rappelle le bord de mer et la Bretagne. Le jardin et la terrasse plein sud très agréable ( jardin clôturé, pratique car Xavier , le propriétaire accepte volontiers nos compagnons à 4 pattes ce qui est plutôt sympa) Beaucoup de couchages, et une maison " comme à la maison " il y a tout de la vaisselle au rice cooker Seule chose qu'il manque à cette maison ... une machine à café à l'ancienne ( cafetière ) pour les grands consommateur de café ... Lol Nous avons été très bien reçu, le propriétaire à prit le temps de nous faire visiter les environs, et de nous laisser ses bonnes adresses ( les différents marchés, resto sympa dans le coin et ou acheter du poisson tout frais ) on a suivi ses conseils et on a vraiment pas été déçu !! Merci beaucoup pour ces belles vacances
