You can't get a better location! This cozy, efficiency is in the heart of Washington, DC in the vibrant Adams Morgan neighborhood. Just steps away from the restaurants and nightlife on 18th St.. Easy access to all of DC via red line metro (5-7 minute walk), multiple bus routes (within 2 blocks), Capitol Bike Share (1 block) and Hop On/Hop Off Bus. Walk to Dupont Circle, U Street, Woodley Park, the National Zoo, downtown, and much more. Close to the Omni Shoreham, The Line, and the Washington Hilton Hotel. This is city living at it's best!

You'll love the exposed brick, large windows overlooking the front porch, built in shelves, and decorative fireplace.

Street parking can be hard to find, but a parking space may be available for rent at the apartment. Please message me to check availability.

Wonderful place to stay

This was a great room with a very soft and peaceful bed. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The air was great on the super hot days that Washington gave when we stayed. April and her family were very suppportive and helpful. A great place for a couples get away.

Great spot in Adams Morgan near Connecticut Ave!

We loved the location and the cozy ambience of unit 0 but it was very small with no kitchen and limited utensils but really cute and affordable. Easy to get in and out and about 5 mins to Metro station

Great place to stay in DC

I needed a quick one-night stay in DC and this property was perfect. It was conveniently located near a Metro station (about a 5-10 minute walk) and just a few minutes from a nice restaurant and evening activity part of DC. Very comfortable and convenient for my needs.

It was a very nice place if you’re only going to stay for one night. However, you can hear noise all around you at night! Washington, DC, like NYC is a city that doesn’t sleep!

Cozy efficiency in good location.

Overall our stay was exactly what we needed & the hosts were very helpful. I do have to mention that the cleanliness was not 100%. The bathroom floor was sticky & the shower could not have been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The bathroom door also needed to be desperately wiped down to remove some obvious “spots”. All in all, the whole apartment could have used a thorough cleaning but was by no means filthy.
