Enjoy your stay in our spacious 981 sq. ft. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse that was just renovated in early 2026. Upstairs, the master bedroom is beautifully appointed with a queen bed; the second bedroom has a single and double bunk bed; and the living room has a queen sofa bed.
The condo is perfectly located at the mid-point of the Village Stroll, so you are only a 7 min. walk to either end where Skiers or Olympic plaza is. But why bother walking even 7 min. with ski gear and kids when you can take the door-to-door free Marketplace #4 bus in the Winter, which will take you direct to the ski lifts. Restaurants, cafes, Fresh Street market (grocery) store, liquor store, and clothing stores are even closer across the street. The location can't be more perfect whether you're a skier, mountain biker or vacationer looking for a wide variety of activities all with a few minutes reach. And it’s also perfectly quiet because it’s across the street from all the activities.
There are two decks from which you can enjoy the spectacular mountain view or watch your family enjoy the heated pool and hot tub that is available year round. The pool is right outside your front door so it couldn't be more convenient.
Other amenities we offer are a new in-suite washer and dryer, a gas BBQ, free Wi-Fi, gas fireplace, and free secure parking. For the kids, we also have some board games and a Playstation 3. But we are really close to the Olympic Plaza which has coffee shops overlooking a beautiful wooden playground, skating rink and toboggan run (in the winter). Our kitchen is also fully equipped with complimentary coffee and tea (and coffee grinder if you bring your own beans).
We also offer a central check-in desk where you can get discount lift tickets or assistance with booking activities or transportation.
Please note that this unit is not wheel chair accessible as there are stairs up to the living room and bedrooms.
