New and updated look for Bikini Bungalow. Fresh paint, window treatments, furniture, and bedding. The master bedroom will have a KING bed. The second bedroom has a queen. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Upstairs loft will have a queen bed, and 2 twin beds. (Note, the picture shows a queen in the master suite. The King bed is expected to arrive mid-October).

Bikini Bungalow is a family favorite condo! Located in the heart of Avila Beach and steps to warm white sands. Courtyard at Avila showcases award winning architecture with lovely hillside views. Private patio area within gated courtyard. Just steps to the sandy beach, restaurants, golf course, bike path, etc. All the benefits of beach life steps from your front boarding, kayaking, jet skiing, boating. Condo includes 2 parking places in secured, gated garage. The condo is directly off the garage elevator, located on a private and quite end of the courtyard.

In summary the sleeping arrangements are: Master (King); Bdrm 2 (Queen); Living Room (queen) sleeper sofa; loft has a queen and 2 twins. Total beds 6.

There is an elevator from the parking garage to the courtyard area. This condo does not meet handicap accessibility requirements. The main living area and second bedroom is handicap accessible. There are three steps leading to the master suite. Please reference the photos to determine suitability and ease of mobility.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, I was happy about the rental. The location from beach was ideal. It took about 1 minute to walk to the beach. The house had plenty of space for a large family and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies, plates and forks, trash bags, even zip loc bags! The laundry in home along with laundry detergent was convenient to wash sandy items before heading home. The rooms and bed situation was comfortable and spacious. There were plenty of bath towels and even hand soap and shower toiletries ( shampoo, conditioner and body wash.The place was to perfect, however we have some issues:1. One the first day, the internet didn’t work which meant no TV because the TV relies on internet to work. Not a game changer for me, but did travel with guest who like to watch TV to unwind. 2. Although the house seemed clean, we did see aVery old and think spider web in the master bedroom high window. It was large and thick enough to make me feel uncomfortable to sleep in the room. We had to clean ourselves using vacuum. 3. In the middle of the night, around 2am, a loud alarm went off in the master bedroom. It took a while to pin point where the alarm was coming from. We had to call the emergency number for rental, but no one answered answer at the time. I was able to figure out where the alarm was coming from and fix before anyone called me back from emergency line. Despite the issues, I would come back and try to rent from Seven Sisters again.
