Oceanview Condo with Heated Pool – Right on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk!

Directly on the Hollywood beach boardwalk! Faces the ocean! It has its proper inspection passed successfully.
You will love this place! It simply does not get any better than this! Incredible ocean views and steps to the sand and surf.
Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 full bath condo directly on the famed Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is a smaller, upscale, and exclusive building.
There’s a queen bed in the master bedroom (also one queen size futon sleeper in the living room in the living room)
Assigned Free parking is included until June 1st 2026 after that date $35 per night. Only ONE parking spot: sedan car or small car sorry no space for a big truck. According to the new regulations. It cannot be longer than 176 inches. (Check the size of the SUV ) Additional guest parking you will find one block from the building - City parking - charge you a fee.
A gorgeous open pool overlooks the ocean—2nd floor.
The apartment is on the 6th floor. Not suitable for people with physical disabilities or who cannot take stairs. There is an elevator, but you will need.
to take the stairs in case of Hurricanes or any problem with the elevator..
You will find beach towels and linens in the apartment. Beach chairs and beach umbrella are not included in the rental. However if you see them in the closet, feel free to use it.
Checking instructions are available hours prior to your arrival. Lost Parking decal or keys each $100.00

The view was awesome! The room was clean and comfortable with great beach ammenities like chairs and towels. Host was friendly and easy to get in touch with. Great location, close enough for a an easy walk to the bandstand area, but far enough away to escape the crowds if you wanted. If you need internet, it was fast and reliable. The kitchen is well equipped if you feel like cooking. Overall a great experience!

Best area we have ever stayed in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area. Walking distance to anything beach. Free music, good food, and,not over crowded beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Playa. The unit was nothing fancy but clean. It was all about the location for us. Beach close and all kinds of activity and places to eat on the broadwalk and very safe!

The host did welcome us electronically, however the response time took longer than expected. The condo was very used and outdated. The dishes and utensils were put away dirty. We were not aware of the parking situation. Did not like parking 1 1/2 blocks from the resort. No carts available to transport your belongings to your room. The view was fantastic. The pool was filthy and sent pictures to host upon request. She said it was just leaves and that didn't qualify for a call to the association for pool cleaning. I believe others complained and it did get cleaned the following day. We had to leave a day early for a family emergency. I contacted the host and didn't get a response. I also contacted her on the day we left to tell her it was vacant. No response. We probably wouldn't return.

Thank you for your feedback. We provided electronic check-in instructions and remained available to assist you throughout your stay. Upon arrival, we spent additional time helping you locate the building and guiding you step by step. Parking is located one block west of the building and is clearly explained prior to booking. It is currently free of charge — something many guests appreciate — although beginning in June a fee will be implemented. We also assisted with special requests during your stay, including helping coordinate the delivery of a wheelchair, which is not a common request but one we were happy to help facilitate. The condo is accurately represented in the listing photos. While not newly renovated, it is clean, functional, and professionally maintained. If any kitchen items were not up to standard, we sincerely apologize, as cleanliness is very important to us. Regarding the pool, in Florida it is common for leaves to appear due to wind. The pool is serviced regularly and was cleaned accordingly. We are sorry you had to leave early due to a family emergency and hope everything is well. We are glad you enjoyed the beautiful view, which is one of the highlights of the property.

Great location and perfect access to the boardwalk and plenty of activities and restaurants steps away on the beach.Very accommodating for all our needs.We truly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony listening to the ocean.Parking situation was a little confusing but all worked out with communication from host who was amazing! Beautiful location and property, even nicer in person. Parking was a bit of a hassle naturally because it’s right on the beach, so it was understandable. Luckily, the owner was very communicative and helpful throughout the parking process and the process all around. Highly recommend this property, it is well maintained and the pool was amazing!
