Parking Details
Only ONE assigned parking space is available. The space is suitable for sedans or small vehicles only. Due to building regulations, vehicles cannot exceed 176 inches in length. Please check your vehicle’s dimensions, especially if you are driving an SUV. Large trucks and oversized vehicles cannot be parked in the assigned space.

Important Notes
The condo is located on the 6th floor, and the building has an elevator for easy access.
However, guests may need to use the stairs in the event of an emergency, hurricane, or elevator maintenance. For this reason, the property may not be suitable for guests with significant mobility limitations.
