We have stayed at the Milk Barn several times and have loved each stay. From the wonderful communication from Wales to the clean and accommodating house everything creates a perfect stay. Our dogs love running in the fenced in yard and Wayles thinks of every detail to created a great visit for guests.

My boyfriend and I loved it here! We forgot about the time change and we were able to get in early. Place was adorable and has a lot of entertainment between Blu-rays, Wii games, family games. We absolutely loved the bathtub and the rustic appeal of the place. We will definitely be coming back!

The Milk Barn is a beautiful, quite place. My family loved it all! The kiddos enjoyed the loft. The couches are perfect to lounge in and watch tv. The owner has thought of everything that you may need. Well stocked kitchen, large bathroom. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area and it is available! 10/10

We enjoyed our stay so much! The Milkbarn is such a cute, cozy place. There was coffee and all the fixings. Everything was very, very clean. The beds were comfy. The yard was huge and fenced so our doggies enjoyed playing safely back there. Our college kids came by in the evenings, and we had some fun competing on the Wii. We highly recommend the Milkbarn and will be checking back in to see if we can stay again.

The best and most gracious host in the business! Every detailed amenity has been well thought out from back-up toothbrush to coffee creamer. Fully decked out kitchen with utensils. Nice, quiet country setting. Yet 15 quick minutes to Jordan-Hare Stadium. This can be your home away from home when visiting Auburn. Very cozy, very nice, very gracious and friendly host!

Where do I start? I’m a sucker for rustic, cozy, country, homebody vibes, and this beautiful place checked every box. The loft was awesome for my son, who loved having his own privacy instead of sleeping next to mom as a preteen lol. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed.The outside of the property was absolutely beautiful, and my dogs loved it too. Since it was rainy and cold, we left the doors open so we could listen to the rain while the dogs went in and out freely. The fenced yard kept my dogs secure, which gave me peace of mind.The owner was incredibly responsive and kind. When we thought we had misplaced the house keys and accidentally locked ourselves out, she literally left her job to come help us without hesitation. If I could give her a 10 out of 5, I absolutely would.The home comfortably fit my whole family of 7 if all of us would have come to the trip, and if we come back into town for another soccer tournament, we will definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at the farmhouse especially being able to vacation and bring my five dachshunds with me. Probably 99% of VRBO owners would not allow five dogs and Wayles was very accommodating. I appreciated the attention to detail and provided everything that I could have needed while on vacation – from make up remover to a toothbrush to Keurig coffee pods. I also appreciated the Christmas gift basket she left me and extra towels for my pups!. Would definitely stay there again.
