Want to stay on the top floor with great amenities and breathtaking Gulf views? This Crystal Towers condo has just what you're looking for in a Gulf Shores vacation rental, with amazing views, shared pools, and gorgeous beaches.

Located on the 20th floor, this condo has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the lagoon. Located across the street from the Gulf, there is still a direct Gulf view as there is an air-conditioned walkway over the road - no need to worry about traffic. The Gulf-side has pools and a gated entrance to the white, sandy beaches of Gulf Shores. Between both sides, you'll have three pools, hot tubs, and a fitness center.

The bedrooms have TVs, and there's free WiFi throughout. The sofa pulls out into a bed. The living and dining area is spacious and the kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for all your dining and cooking needs.

Love this place!

My family and I loved this place! Great views, several pools to choose from (and plenty of room in all the pools!) the room was very nice and we just love the crystal tower all the way around! We have already started to plan our next stay! This by far is our favorite place to stay and will be back!

Beautiful View

This condo is on the 20th floor and has an amazing view of the city and ocean below. The master bedroom has an ocean view that makes you feel as though you are right on the water. It was so nice not to have to walk across the busy road. Instead, there is a walkway over the road that takes you too the pool and ocean. It was very clean aside from some sand on the floors, which we felt was to be expected. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo!

Great for a quick getaway

This property was perfect for our weekend stay while in town for kids' athletic events. The beach access was fabulous for a quick visit, and the condo had everything we needed.

Cyrstal Towers 2006

Enjoyed our stay at Crystal Towers 2006, it went by too fast. The condo was clean and stocked with basic supplies. The view from the balcony was great! Only suggestion would be that the furniture (couch and chair) in living area needed to be updated. Thanks for a nice week!

Nothing extravagant but it was pretty good. The king bed has a queen size comforter which didn’t work out well and no blanket for the sofa bed only a sheet. Other than that, would stay again.

Beautiful views

This is our second year staying at crystal towers and the 20th floor views are amazing! Our only complaints about the condo is suggesting they had done a better job sweeping the floors especially under the furniture and in the bedrooms. Under the pullout couches in the living room area it looked like it hadn’t been swept under for quite some time. Also, the kitchen was very under stocked with very little of the necessities to cook meals if you are wanting to dine in and cook meals in the condo. Otherwise everything else was great!

Disappointing

The living, dining and kitchen area were very nice. The master and guest beds were comfortable, but the sheets did not fit and came off the mattress every night. When we arrived, the TV remotes were all in the living room with a pile of batteries, none of which worked. There was not a remote for the living room TV. There are no blankets at all in the unit and only 6-8 hangers. Housekeeping was lacking; when we arrived, there was something spilled in the dishwasher causing a foul odor throughout. We found a cup with dried milk under the guest bed and gummi bears and socks under the master bed. There were 2 dirty towels in the washer and the dryer did not work the entire week. The repair man came and said a part needed to be ordered. I e-mailed the host several days before our visit to ask questions and still have not received a reply. I also called on our first day to report the problems. Linda took a report and said someone would contact us, but we never received a reply. We visit Gulf Shores every year and have stayed at Crystal Tower several times. It is a beautiful resort with wonderful views, but this unit was a disappointment.

I've booked MUCH better!!!!

First of all, we've booked rentals at Crystal Towers many times with the majority of them being on the 20th floor. We were always satisfied with the rentals and amenities. However, this rental was very disappointing! First of all, upon arrival we were there long enough to unload our belongings and do a brief inspection. Upon our return 1.5-2 hrs later, I did a more in-depth inspection. The floors were gritty with sand, trash under the furniture (peanuts/hulls), the cover in the primary bedroom was lumpy (this was due to the "filling" for it was lumped in spots. The kitchen, "stocked with pots, pans and utensils" only had 2 skillets that food stuck to when cooking, only 3-4 pots with no lids. Oh, can't forget the oven! Need to be thoroughly cleaned!! The kitchen overall only had the very bare necessities. When inspecting the bathrooms, there was several bath towels but only 1 hand towel in the 2nd bathroom, none in the master bath and no washcloths!! So much for towels being in the bathroom cabinets and linen room. I reported the missing washcloths after hours and was told they would be delivered the next morning. It was suggested that in the meantime I could use a bath towel to shower. The towels came after 1:30p the next day and guess what....no hand towels. No soap dish in the bathrooms so the alternative was to keep it on the counter after each use. There were no hangers for clothes in the closet and the storage space for clothes was not enough for 2 people for 4 nights.

Unforgettable Trip

We rented this unit for our anniversary. It was well appointed, clean, check in was easy and efficient. Unit came with a much appreciated kurig and the basics for a functional kitchen. The views were breathtaking from both rooms. From the balcony you can see and hear the waves. But the best surprise was you get a front seat view of BOTH the sunrise and sunset on the balcony. Absolutely everything we ate in the area was amazing and everyone we spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. We are already talking about when we can come back and enjoy this wonderful place again.

I had 2 issues with our stay. First, there is only 3 elevators. Loading/unloading your car or going to the beach, be patient…. The elevators will be full and you have to wait a bit. We were on the highway floor, level 20. The view was breath taking tho! Second, the Keurig machine didn’t work! Mama needs her coffee! Once you put the pod in, it punches a hole at the top, but not the bottom! So only water was coming thru. Please get that fixed! Thankfully, they coffee pot worked. Overall, we had an amazing stay! The view, the pools! We were so relaxed! I hope to be back soon!

Absolutely would return. My only complaint was the floor was really dirty I had to go buy a swifter and mop it myself. Other than that everything was excellent and the view is exceptional.

Elevator was slow as Christmas and being on the 20th floor was not fun having to wait 1hr for it....

Roof construction was going on the entire time. Couldn’t even sleep on vacation. It was horrible. Elevator was slow and took a hour to get to us. We rode it for like 30 mins because it would never go to the 20th floor. It would always stop at the 19th. Room was great and view was good. Great location, but these issues needs to be address spending that kind of money on a condo

There was black mold on the curtains and the shower curtain was moldy. Other than that, great place. We had a blast.
